Booked and paid !. We are happy !! We were really looking forward to it. What does our surprise paint ...? We received an email that the cruise could not go on because "somewhere in the world" someone had booked the same cabin!
We angry and very disappointed !. Call to Zeetours !. Yes that could happen. Very sorry for you !. No more!. Immediately asked us to repay our paid money euro 3051.10. Whether we wanted to send a proof of payment that we did transfer this ??? They are sniffed by the rats !! The proof sent and then it took 2 weeks before our money finally came back! And ........ hahahahaha twice paid back to us. Thank you Zeetours !. The fact that we had to pay back the second amount of course is obvious, but we have been at the forefront of this by waiting a long time to pay back! Does not feel good Zeetours ?? That's how we felt!
So dear people: do not book at Zeetours Cruises BV. Unreliable lazy and hear it continues !! Fam. from Garderen.
