Not overly great. Food is lukewarm and you get rushed to eat your food and out for the next booking

Visited every time we go Bristol! Always busy so best to book in advance. Reasonable price for money and there is such a range of food from all over the world! This place is massive and def worth a visit

This is a classic Indian style hotel with new twist.

This was an experience. So much food to choose from, which all of it was lovely, my children enjoyed that part. Too many people getting food at the same time. You have an hour and 15 min slot to eat and drink and its in group rotation. So a massive queue to get in on a Saturday afternoon, even though we booked. On leaving, the next group were queuing out the door, it felt like a cattle market.

The worst. All the food was cheap or poorly cooked. The staff were all texting behind the food counters. Tables were sticky and unclean.

Great selection of food for everyone. Nice bar for before and after too. Staff are helpful when needed too. Loud,fun atmosphere.

My 13 year old son attended the Bristol branch with a group of his friends. He has a food allergy to dairy products and sesame. He asked one of the staff if the food at the station he was at contained dairy or sesame, only to be told by that member of staff " that we did not give allergy information" and that he should go "downstairs and ask in the office". Subsequently he was unable to find the office, and was then not offered any further help.

I think this is appalling. Totally incorrect. Fobbing off a youngster because they could not be bothered to check or provide critical information.

Good location by the waterfront in a strip of bars aimed at younger clientel. Cleaner than most.

It's a cool place with a unique atmosphere. Maybe we will not get sophisticated dan there but smell the street food feel everywhere. Nice place and very good value for money. I recommend and gladly come back next time I visit Bristol

They mix everything with halal food
all cooked in same kitchen
Some Indian food was ok
People has misunderstood including staff,
not all vegetarian are halal wine are mixed in some deserts and they say it s halal
When you say halal make sure no wine, alcohol, ham & bacon are not mixed prepared separately

Good varieties of food. Pre book on sat. As we have to wait for table 1 hour as we didn't prebook. Have to wait long for live cooking station. Not as many deserts as advertised. Indian food was not up to the mark. N only one Indian sweet dish.

I really loved the place! It's fantastic, the food is amazing, it's a really worthy. I definitely going back there, it's now my favorite place in Bristol.

This place has allot of food but it is not very nice

The first thing that hits you is how loud the place is everyone is trying to talk over everyone else. We where dumped at are put together table and just left to get on with it I was given a dirty glass you only get one glass per person so no drink for me .half of are party were delayed by traffic so got to the table late (We informed them but you only have your table for short time and the clock was ticking)they were at first refused entry then when finely let in they were not given any glasses so no drinks for them.we had been dumped by the bins so spent the whole time watching everybody else waste food being dumped into the bin.(I've never seen so much food being dumped before) as for the food well if your the type of person that's happy to stuff your face with as much food as you can eat in a set time then go for it

I booked a table here but now they say all tables are booked. I have jusy missed 30 minutes of when i could be eating standing around waiting

Great variety of food, even on the limited daytime menu

Not quite up to their usual standards. A few empty dishes for food were very slowly refilled example cottage pie which took 20 mins to refill

It's a must visit in Bristol if you're looking for a decent Indian food. Although, bear in mind that this is a buffet and hence the menu keeps changing.

Good food but had lots of kids running around and the food stalls were packed wall to wall basically, so I didn't enjoy it!! This was a 19:00 sitting so I will go back at a more relaxed time and hopefully it won't be so manic

Such a huge variety amd you can ask to habe things cooked for you on the spot. Lovely views of the harbourside too.

All you can eat school dinners from around the world. Kids love it.

I went here with my girlfriend for the first time the other day and it was wonderful, we, as a young couple, felt very welcome. The food is brilliant and there is a nice variety to suit anybody's hunger needs, as well as being perfectly suitable for all ages. We booked for 1pm with ease and despite there being a long queue to get to the dining floor (which is a given due to being a popular place to eat), we were seated quickly and had our drinks ordered in minutes. The price to eat is cheap, and there is a nice bar to chill out and wait in (if you wish to do so). The staff are extremely polite and helpful, however the one downside is that service can be slow at times. Above all I would highly recommend it to anybody; families and partners alike. A very enjoyable first visit.

Fantastic atmosphere on Chinese New Year, dancing and festivities throughout the night really added atmosphere.

I have visited a number of times as someone living close in Weston-super-Mare. A lot of the time I have gone in the evening on special offers posted through the letter box. Since first visit I found my favourites - I enjoy the salad bar, mixing my own Greek salad with twist, as well as the teriyaki and pretty much all of the Indian selection. The table waits I have experienced have been nothing but helpful - a friendly smile when showing us to the table, asking us if we want more drinks, getting the drinks to the table swiftly. There are those in previous reviews who brush off their job as easy. They are busy looking for those who need to be shown to table, checking a considerable amount of tables to see if plates need to be removed, asking about drinks, serving drinks to the correct table and making sure they have the receipt ready early enough before the diners' time is up (I am a studious individual and this sort of job would be mind-boggling to me - too fast). One person said they went in at 16.00 - I have checked the website and I can seriously say that there is no longer a booking option for 16.00.The last booking time before the Evening cut-off at 17:00 is 15:00.

The only thing I can think of that I do not like which is the sushi however I went there and did not expect anything great - it is not a dedicated sushi bar/restaurant and as such I did not go there specifically for sushi.

Been to many buffets. This place has to be one of the better buffets i have been to. Indian and chinese food sections are very good, however as with all buffets food can sometimes taste a little cheap.

Must go if you're in Bristol! Huge selection of foods from around the world most of which are cooked to order in front of you. great price and great service.
