this place has seriously ruined everything, kim that does the payroll for my husbands company changed his taxes to exempt and then he called to have her change it back and she never did so the ENTIRE year he was exempt from his taxes and now I have filed and because of her we owe the IRS 15,000 dollars, I'm so mad I cant even see straight and the only thing they did was pretty much be like "oops my bad" well yeah easy for you to say cause you dont now owe the IRS an entire year of taxes.... thanks Zamp HR you guys are the best! (eye roll)

I have had about 3 years with Zamp. They have been great and take tons off my plate! I would definitely recommend.

Do I have to give one star? Because I would give less. As an employee whose company contracted with Zamp, they messed up my health insurance, which took them two months to resolve. Now I find they have messed up my dental insurance, which I am going on my 60th minute...yes, an hour... on hold, because otherwise I get sent to an answering machine that never gets a call back. When I have managed to talk with them, I have been told they will call me back with an answer by the end of the day, and I never hear back, so days later, I call again. Horrible customer service, no follow up, just a pathetic company

Nicest people ever! They're an overall amazing company to work with. If you ever have an issue, they always go out of their way to make sure it gets resolved as quickly as possible. They're extremely knowledgeable and if the person you're speaking with doesn't have the answer, they will send you to somebody who does. They'd be the first HR/payroll company I'd recommend to anybody. 5 stars is definitely deserved.

By far the best decision I made as a new business owner was to out Zamp in charge of all my Human Resource needs. They even offer with safety and harassment trainings. They really do it all. Never have I had an issue that they weren't prompt in responding and getting me the help I need. Highly recommended!

Our company has been a client with ZAMP from their beginnings, and with the owners and managers of ZAMP for almost 25 years. They have always been a great benefit to our business and make our lives SO MUCH easier. They are attentive and regularly show up in person. We are a small family owned business enjoying health care and retirement benefits of a large corporation because of ZAMP.

If there are ANY negative reviews out there I admonish people to start asking questions of their employer. I've worked with HR companies enough to know that employee disillusionment starts when their employer fails to meet their obligations with the HR company, not the other way around.
