Do I have to give one star? Because I would give less. As an employee whose company contracted with Zamp, they messed up my health insurance, which took them two months to resolve. Now I find they have messed up my dental insurance, which I am going on my 60th minute...yes, an hour... on hold, because otherwise I get sent to an answering machine that never gets a call back. When I have managed to talk with them, I have been told they will call me back with an answer by the end of the day, and I never hear back, so days later, I call again. Horrible customer service, no follow up, just a pathetic company
