Britney and Melissa are awesome!! Every time I come in to get my ring cleaned or inspected they are always so sweet! These two girls know and do there jobs very well!

Stood in the store for 15 minutes before an employee acknowledged me, let alone made eye contact with me, to let me know someone will help me. Horrible customer service.

Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced they just lost a $2,000 ring I ordered, they received an empty box and just said they had never seen it arrive empty before, I would never use this company or this location unless you are desperate. Staff is very friendly but the company is a joke. Orders take over a month for them do not even receive what you ordered in store. Pathetic.

One employee that was helping another customer waved at me. Two women (who were not assisting customers) saw me and my father come in, but continued to work on the computer. If they had said, someone will be with you shortly , I would have been happy to wait. I have worked for a sister company of Zales, and I know that this is beyond below the standard of customer service that Signet should be expecting from their stores.

Melissa was awesome and so helpful with us. My husband and I look forward to doing business with this store for sure.
