One employee that was helping another customer waved at me. Two women (who were not assisting customers) saw me and my father come in, but continued to work on the computer. If they had said, someone will be with you shortly , I would have been happy to wait.
I have worked for a sister company of Zales, and I know that this is beyond below the standard of customer service that Signet should be expecting from their stores.
