The headquarters of Zain telecom. It is very difficult to find a parking space if you're visiting.

Honestly I was praising the company but I found out I was wrong and changed their way prices are too high other companies have somewhat better offers

The worst network in Kuwait, the worst internet without exaggeration, and God forgives you even the worst customer service ever.

Friendly staff . Very guiding and will ensure all necessary requests are fulfilled. Parking is a major concern even during anytime of the day you are visiting. Hence, there is a huge landscape where cars are parked, yet full ; a 5 story parking building also full. Love the fact Starbucks is opened inside the building which is always a good idea to grab a coffee on your way in/out or during the wait time. For those who have not visited the headquarters google map might get you a bit lost due to all the new bridges and road construction, however keep in mind that the access to the building is from the lower end of the bridge and the building is clear and tall enough with Zains famous Logo . Most retail and business enquirers is the first building located closer to the parking lot building .

Horrible customer service !! The customer care personnel are rude and don't respect the customer.. had called for assistance 3 times and all 3 times got impolite replies.. sorry to say this but did not expect such type of talks from them.. this is definitely not all those there but this was my last 3 experience with Zain help center.. hopefully they will rectify this behaviour from the staff towards customers..

Egyptian receptionist in the corporate section at the top of insolence .. Inflated to all and grimace and Moaha nobody.

Zain the master in Shuwaikh, in my life, I saw the best and most beautiful of the treatment of Zain in Shuwaikh.
They greeted me the most beautiful and the most beautiful reception from a small to a large and separated between any nationality their treatment is very wonderful and most important of all this is their human treatment I did not see in our time this person is dealing with respect at the present time unfortunately because Zain changed the rule and owned my heart, God bless them

National service level among telecommunications companies

The Zen creative love is nice but the chairs are not comfortable if you have more than an hour lecture

Confusing complex. Not easy to park and the buildings are unmarked. You have to walk around and ask to find anyone.
The staff are friendly though.

Zain customer service is the worst. The main office location is horrible, avoid it at all cost. I got called to window 7 with Abdullah AlFahad. He texted and played on his phone while I sat and waited. He talked and walked like he was dying and had no energy. Cancelled all my services with them cause they have awful coverage and their customer care sucks.
