Had dinner here with my husband tonight. The soup spoons were dirty. We got other spoons. The water glass was also dirty. Got another glass. The food was very salty. The entire interior did not look clean. We will not come here again !!!

My favorite place to have lunch with family, friends in The Netherlands. I love it when it was during the summer and you're able to seat outside and have a great view of typical Dutch old-fashion sluice. Food is great, not expensive at all. During the corona-crisis, they are very clean, polite. Pleople working there are nice as well. Great place to go with kids as well. Minus point is that sometimes, boats are parking next to you and they don't give @#@$ if you're in the middle of your lunch eating...

Only had a drink on the terrace. In any case, the service was fine; friendly and correct. The restaurant, as the name implies, is located in the former town hall. That 'before' goes back a long way, by the way: namely. until the 14th century. For 600 years, the building served as a town hall. Incidentally, the building has undergone several renovations. Initially it was thought that the structure dates from the 17th century, but research on tree rings of a wooden beam has shown that it dates from the 14th century.
