Horrible customer service !! The customer care personnel are rude and don't respect the customer.. had called for assistance 3 times and all 3 times got impolite replies.. sorry to say this but did not expect such type of talks from them.. this is definitely not all those there but this was my last 3 experience with Zain help center.. hopefully they will rectify this behaviour from the staff towards customers..
