I recently purchased a 2009 BMV 550 with the help of Albert whom I found through 5 mile and was extremely impressed with the customer service I was given. He was very patient and thorough throughout the whole process. I was turned down at other lots due to my credit not being the greatest but he made me feel comfortable that he could find me a car.
