Started me out looking at a beautiful Lexus then when it came down to financing they brought me out to a VW Jetta with 4 mismatched hub caps and the tiny on the windows pealing off on all four windows and the back window and said that was all I could get so I went down the street and got a lower payment and lower interest for a 2012 genesis coupe 3.8 with custom rims so shop around before you buy here unless they just have a car you can't live without but tbh they were pretty nice to me that's what the second star is for

Albert got me approved being a student which means a lot to me for a car like Mercedes Benz. He was the main catalyst in this deal to make it happen. He stayed late with us after hours to make it happen. Really happy! :)

I purchased a PT Curser in October 2013 in 2014 the timing change went out. I did not get warranty or I didn't purchase extended warranty so I ask Z Auto could I trade my car in they told me no because it was not running. I thought they was wrong because it was there car. Never been late until I let it go back. I was not happy with their service at all. The car was a lemon.

Albert was excellent with helping me look for a vehicle that I wanted and made sure that I got it !!! The owner was a blessing to me as well, he didn t have to do what he did !!! But he did...and I thank him for that !!! Raul was great with the financial portion of the deal... he even got my car note lowered with out me even asking... how great was that If your looking for great customer service and you want to leave with a vehicle this is your place and Albert is your guy !!! I garrotee it !!!

Nice to deal with on the purchase of a car for my daughter

I had a terrible experience when I was on my way to look at a car as I am familiar with Gloria and her husband in sales and while I was there my car overheated and would not start . The salesman Raul came out and started shouting at me and my son and stated " get your truck " Range Rover" out of the way because this " man" needs to get by . I said to Raul in spanish I am sorry I did not know my car was going to stop and I did not realize it was going to shut off. The owner came out and apologized I have known the owner for many years they are always friendly to me unfortunately I was with my " son" I was not with my husband I have to say I just broke down and cried because I was in shock . I was able to get the car off their lot I am thankful that my son and I made it home safely it
I work with people on a daily basis in the " mental health field" and I am a firm believer in you treat people the way you would want to be treated. I sit here and wonder if this was Rauls wife and child how would he feel to be " screamed and humiliated " as I was tonight . Please note that this in no way is not a reflection on Gloria who was out sick tonight. I recommend that with all the things that are going on in the world that the dealership be more considerate of peoples feelings . I am very disappointed in how I was treated and sad to say that my purpose for going there was to purchase a " BMW". I will have to say that I will not go back and spend money at a place on that treats you with no respect I will be purchasing my car on tomorrow with my money from my settlement .

My experience was amazing, the employees who attended me were nice, I left with my new car all clean with new tires new oil change car wash ,thanks to jessy i went home happy and with my new car

Haven't even been there but I pass by it daily. I was honestly considering going to purchase my new vehicle from here seeing that they have a huge inventory. But after reading the detailed reviews it was just so clear that I shouldn't even try. This just goes to show that these reviews are everything Z auto place. Maybe you should start to make changes.
