I am highly disappointed in the service I received when I went here for an appointment looking for a wedding dress. I had been here once before years ago, and I can remember why I never liked it here before. The woman I had only cared about making a sale and it was extremely obvious. She had picked out the style of dress I asked for, but also pulled out dresses I knew I immediately wouldn't like but pretty much forced me into trying them on and gushing over how gorgeous they looked. She also made "jokes" to myself and my mom that were unprofessional and just not polite. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time and as a bride those are the last feelings a woman should feel trying to find her wedding gown. I really wish I had the guts to just leave the appointment early. I'm so lucky I found my wedding dress elsewhere. Beware of this store, ladies. They may have some nice looking dresses, but they only care about making a sale.

Also, you're not allowed to browse the stock in the back. You can ask me a million questions about what I like, but some brides may not know or know how to describe! Ladies, if you want a more laid back appointment with real professional and caring service where you can actually browse yourself and pull your own dresses, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Best of the best! Not only are the selection of dresses jaw dropping, but the staff and seamstress are amazing! From the second you walk in the door, you feel welcomed but not pressured. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. A definite must for brides, mother of the bride, proms, special events, etc. You will not be disappointed. My mom is so grateful for her wonderful experience!

Not only did I get two STUNNING dresses from the Bridal Gallery by Yvonne, but I also experienced a seamless process, from picking out my dress to picking it up the day of the event. Thank you everyone at the Bridal Gallery for being such a great help!!

The selection and service at Yvonne's was terrific! My salesperson, Janice, was awesome. Everyone was happy, smiling and genuinely nice. It was clear that the most important thing to them was that I found my perfect wedding dress not the most expensive wedding dress. I received rave reviews on my gorgeous dress, which I never found in other local stores! I highly recommend The Bridal Gallery by Yvonne for any special occasion dresses, particularly wedding dresses.

OUTSTANDING! 2nd TO NONE!! From the moment I walked through the door the 1st appointment I was treated like a Queen. The boutique is quaint, clean, and the staff is personable. I was congratulated and we were escorted to a suite that was cozy and beautiful. The had an 8X10 frame that read "Welcome Marcella". I felt so special!!! They worked with me on price and came right out and stated they will not get offended if you go elsewhere for alterations as they are pricey. BUT then tell you to come back as they will press it for you in the days before your wedding day. Yvonne knows her business! She, along with the rest of her staff put their clients 1st and treat you and your bridal party/family like you are a member of their family!

Absolutely amazing service I had a consultant named Eva she is fantastic. Forever giving out recommendations this store is great always greeted with smiles and they always listen and work with anyone .

I found my dress here and I absolutely loved the whole experience! Eva helped me find my dream gown and it was even on clearance! When I walked in for my appointment, they had my name printed out on a welcome sign in a suite where she asked me some questions about the wedding and what type of dress I was looking for. She then went back and pulled several dresses for me. I tried on almost a dozen, but fell in love with the 3rd one I tried and bought it that day. I never felt pressured to buy something more expensive than planned and Eva was super helpful in finding dresses that loved within my price range. My dress turned out to be one I never would have pulled off the rack myself! I also bought my petticoat and a veil that matches the dress perfectly and they're doing my alterations. I love that they'll keep the dress there until the big day so I don't have to try to hide it from my fiance! I highly recommend Yvonne's!

DO NOT GO TO BRIDAL GALLERY BY YVONNE!! We ordered bridesmaid dresses in beginning of February and they said they would be in July then I called in July and they were extremely rude and said I called early that they would be in by middle of August...I called August 23rd and they STILL were not in. They ended up coming in September. The wedding was in beginning of October. The dress I ordered they ordered 2 sizes too small...then tried to blame ME for it. Tried to fix it...then 3 weeks later I called for it to be picked up and they told me it wasn t ready and said it would be ready 3 days before the wedding. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. I ve been here for MANY dresses from prom to weddings and I ve never had an issue. I will never be back here. The staff was unbelievably rude and laughed in my face at multiple occasions. The alterations they did were so awful but with days left until the wedding I was left with no choice. I have never been more upset in my life. All I wanted was a good experience for my best friends wedding.

We had an appointment here after trying out a few other stores and actually buying a dress for my mom. We didn't have the best experience in the four stores we had visited prior. Gail helped us from the moment we walked in the door. She is wonderful. Her customer service is amazing and her attention to detail and making sure every part of the appointment went smoothly made us all feel so at ease. We ended up purchasing the perfect dress and couldn't be happier. Thanks to Gail and the Bridal Gallery by Yvonne.

Customer service here was amazing! I made an appointment a few weeks before I came in. At that time, there was only an afternoon appointment open but I was put on a wait list for a morning slot. Yvonne called me a week out to offer the earlier appointment and I took it. I got to the salon with my mom and we were the first customers there. The girl who helped us out was great, she listened to what I was looking for and we found a dress surprisingly quick. They also offer discounts on your first visit so definitely keep that in mind when planning your first trip. I didn't bring my grandma or MOH and they told us we can come back and try some more dresses on when they get some more of my favorite designers dress and bring in those we were missing the first visit. I just had to put a deposit down to hold the price!

Yvonne personally spent over 3 hours working with me helping me find the perfect dress. She listened carefully and was enthusiastic about her dresses and helping me find something I love. I have been to many bridal shops in Syracuse, Albany, Binghamton, and NYC and found my experience with Yvonne to be the most fun and rewarding in every way! The prices are excellent, the dresses are unique, and the customer service is unlike anywhere else I have been. I highly recommend this bridal salon.

I can't even begin to express how AMAZING these women are. I am blessed, beyond blessed to have had my experience at Bridal Gallery by Yvonne. I have been in the wedding business for many years. I am an Event planner with the understanding that customer service in this field sets up apart from the rest . This shop has failed at many levels . My thought is every person that walks thru that door are there to buy a DRESS , doesn't matter if it's a brides dress or MOB , MOG or bridesmaid dress . They are there to spend their money .
Foolish on them that they have no customer skills at all . No one helps ! All to busy doing nothing that I could see that wouldn't warrant some customer service .
BUT NEVER TO BUSY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY !! Spent a lot of money there with no help at all !! Shame on them .....

I greatly enjoyed my experience when I first went to the salon and picked out my bridal dress! The consultant was very friendly, helpful, listened to my concerns and by doing so found me the perfect dress! However when it came to ordering my dress I wanted it a size smaller then what she recommended (since it was already going to be a little big), expressed my concerns, requested a size down and was then argued with to order the size she wanted. I relented, believing she was the professional, only to have the dress be at least one size too big, and stuck with a bill for $425. None of this would really be a problem, but in reality it never should have been ordered in that size and I wish the consultant had listened to me. Every time I have been in since I feel as if the staff has an attitude, and one consultant told me to "just drop my wedding dress on the floor in a puddle".....on the floor....I think not. Originally I would recommend them but now I would have to say no.

I can't even describe how wonderful it was working with Yvonne's! The consultant saw my vision perfectly and found me the perfect most stunning gown. Out of my 4 appointments there not one of them was frustrating, or nerve wracking. Everything was done perfectly with professionalism and happiness, and I couldn't have asked for a better dress experience for my wedding. Absolutely phenomenal.. GO.HERE!!!

Less than 48 hours before my event, i walked into Yvonne's hoping to find a new, pure white dress to replace the off white dress I was sold by another store. Immediately every employee was by my side helping me find the perfect dress. Then the seamstress, Marge, told me she would be willing to fix the dress I had (even though it was not bought at their gallery) in 24 hours, for a price I could afford. Marge did an absolutely amazing job. in just 24 hours she was able to remake my dress with pure white fabric, and the dress looked absolutely flawless! All the employee's at Yvonne's took me under their wing and truly helped make my event special. If you're looking for a bridal gallery that truly cares, I highly recommend Yvonne's. as far as seamstresses go, Marge is absolutely the best!

Working with the Bridal Gallery by Yvonne has been an emotional rollercoaster. In the beginning I was very upset. I was told when I purchased my dress that it would fit like an A-line when it came in and was actually " my size" - not necessarily what you want to hear but I loved the lace so I believed the saleswoman and purchased the dress. I was a little disappointed when my dress came in and I tried it on as my dress was a modified A-line and not a true A-line dress as I was told when I first purchased my dress with the saleswoman Janet. My first time I tried on my dress was with Yvonne- she made me feel at ease and was very reassuring. We came up with a tentative schedule for future fittings and alterations. My first fitting was stressful- I came in with a list of things I wanted changed on my dress and there just was not enough time. The seamstress had to bounce back and forth between other appointments and I was asked to come back on another day the next week for the last appointment so more time could be spent on the dress. The second fitting (which ended up being considered my true first fitting) was with another staff member and she was outstanding! She got Marge (the seamstress) and we started discussing different alteration plans. We only had time to get to the sleeves and the top of the dress (bust) pinned. We still had so many other alterations that needed to be done and the wedding was only 2 weeks away! I was beyond stressed! My next fitting appointment was with the original saleswoman Janet as Yvonne was not there that day. I knew we didn't have a great history but I went in open minded and she proved again to be extremely arrogant, rude, and not helpful. I left crying. No alterations were completed or even started from my previous fitting. We discussed more alterations that needed to be completed such as adding on my belt, hemming the bottom of the dress, adding buttons, adding a bustle - and to top it off my wedding was in 1 week!!!! The next day I felt so sick to my stomach and stressed so I called to make sure that Janet would not be there for my next fitting and Yvonne ensured that Yvonne would be there for my next fitting. My last fitting was the Tuesday (4 days) before my wedding with Yvonne and Marge. I was the very last appointment that night. I stood there from 6:30pm- 9:30pm while Marge hand sewed everything onto my dress. The work that Marge does is absolutely AMAZING!!! Marge and Yvonne are so incredibly patient and kind and so reassuring. I left that night crying HAPPY tears. My vision of my dress finally came together and I looked beautiful! I purchased another dress because I was afraid that I would hate my dress from Yvonne's and that night I decided I was not even going to wear my second dress and I was going to stay in my dress from Yvonne's the entire wedding night. I trusted Marge to take my dress and reinforce all the sewing because that night was the last night I would have it on before my wedding day.
I picked up my dress Thursday afternoon from Janet because Friday morning at 8am we were leaving for Warrensburg so we could begin setting up for the wedding and to have the rehearsal. Thursday night as I was packing my husband asked if my veil was in my dress bag or in a separate bag. That is when it hit me......MY VEIL!!!!! Janet never made sure my veil was with my dress!!!!! The fury raged through me- I double and triple checked my dress bag and undergarment bag- my veil was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! Then I remembered.....we were so worried about my dress that I hadn't tried on my veil since my very FIRST fitting!
In the end everything ended up working out but I feel that so many alterations wouldn't have had to be done if I wasn't lied to when I purchased my dress initially. If you do anything AVOID working with Janet. She is the only staff member that is terrible to work with and caused so much stress and tears.
If I could only rate Marge and Yvonne I would give 10 stars. They are both absolutely amazing people and made the process so much easier.

Yvonne's was the first place that I was looking for my bridal gown. Once I stepped into the store it was like nothing else I felt. We had our own suite to try on my dress with my mom and my bridesmaids there with me. The woman that assisted me (Janice) understood what type of dress I was looking for and listened to everything we were saying. The 7th dress I tried on, was "the one". I am so happy that I had my experience at Yvonne's, I will always remember that special day. Thank you!!!!

Over the course of my life, I have purchased a dozen formal dresses, several bridesmaid dresses and my dream wedding gown. Thankfully, I chose Yvonne's Bridal Gallery for two of the most recent formal dresses and my wedding gown. My only regret is that I did not find them sooner.

During my bridal appointment, Yvonne and her staff gladly spent hours helping me find the perfect gown. She also recommended the perfect accessories without pressuring any of my purchasing decisions. When I shopped for formal dresses, Yvonne's assistants were also kind, helpful and patient while I tried on several different styles. And Marge, their seamstress, is absolutely wonderful! She beautifully transformed every dress I've selected into a garment that looks like it was made especially for me.

Yvonne's Bridal Gallery truly makes buying a special gown a wonderful and memorable experience. I won't shop for formal dresses anywhere else again.

Do not recommend. They made us wait 20 minutes after our appointment to be seen. Our consultant wasn't really listening to what I wanted and seemed frustrated with me. The only dresses that I even remotely liked were the ones we picked ourselves from the floor. However, she would not allow my maid of honor to go to with her to help her pick out dresses I may actually like. Then, she gave up and ended our appointment early. The staff wasn't all that friendly. As a bride, I did not feel like I was important. And I didn't really feel like they wanted my business. Don't waste your time. Try DeAnna's instead.

Great place for formal ware. Staff very attentive and alterations team are real pros.

Wonderful place. Many dress choices for mother of the bride. Helpful staff with honest opinions. Met my expectations and had a very enjoyable experience. Said yes to the dress...after trying on 17 dresses.

What a lovely shop!

Yvonne's is a shop with a wide variety of beautiful dresses. I was there to find a Mother of the Groom selection. Gail was wonderful. She knew the stock well and was very patient and helpful with me. I did find several dresses I liked. Everyone was friendly.

I recommend it highly.

I am not one to write reviews, but I do not want the disaster I went through to happen to another bride. Luckily, I am very easy going, laid back, and wasn't allowing anything to ruin my wedding day. I went to Yvonne's to try on dresses with my Mother in law and Sister in law. I walked in and was treated wonderfully. They made the whole experience very personal and made me feel extremely special. I wasn't expecting to find my dress that day but fortunately, I did. I bought the dress February 2nd, and picked it up a few weeks later. My dress never left the Garment bag until August when I took my dress to be altered by a local seamstress. She asked me if I had bought my dressed used. I was under the impression my dress was NOT used. She then proceeds to point out all the damages to my dress. There was multiple holes, the tags were so worn out from being washed multiple times, you couldn't read anything they said. The inside of the dress was stained with sweat marks and spray tan sweat. There was also black spots under the top layer of lace. My seamstress had to wash my dress TWICE and then a THIRD TIME by hand just to make it shine like it did. When I told her where I got it, she had said she has had gowns brought in from there before and the brides have had issues as well. There was also missing hooks. Now, I LOVE my dress, but I also paid $1400 for it. Which is absolutely ridiculous for the condition it was in. Not to mention, way more than what the actual retailer was selling a dress for. THANK GOD for Marylyn Sewing in Freehold, NY, who worked so hard and made my dress perfect for me. You are not allowed to go in the back of the boutique at Yvonne's to browse their dresses..an employee brings dresses for you to try on. They have gorgeous gowns, but be cautious and very observant of your dress before you buy.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Bridal Gallery by Yvonne!!!! I've been a bridal consultant for 28 years and enjoyed every moment of it. I'm now retired. Working with brides was very personal to me. I REALLY CARIED for each and every one!! when I started working for Yvonne eleven years ago, I knew I found someone that cared as much as I did. She surrounded herself with family members and associates who felt the same. I would encourage any one to visit Yvonne's if you are looking for a bridal, bridesmaids, moms. and proms. They are a full service salon carrying beautiful shoes, undergarments, jewelry etc. She was chosen by the famous David Tutera to carry his gorgeous line of bridals and jewelry . My daughter was married April 12th 2013 in Long Island, she wore one of Davids designs. It was perfect for her fairy tale wedding!!! Marge is their head seamstress. I've met many talented seamstresses through the years but never anyone who could tackle ANYTHING like Marge

First off, I want to rave about my customer service experience. The Women who work here and so friendly and they are more than willing to help you with anything. I came to this store in search of a wedding dress and I ended up finding my perfect dress specially designed by Yvonne. I am so appalled by some of the negative reviews because I experienced nothing less than a very welcoming and amazing experience, and even the help I received after my bridal appointment was exceptional. This is my go to salon for all of my bridal party dresses and needs. Eva helped me find the perfect dress and all the other staff members have been nothing but genuine and helpful. This is the bridal gallery to go to for sure! Thank you for all of the kindness and patience with myself and my bridal party, you guys truly are the best in the area.

Wait times are terrible. The sales staff are terribly disorganized; I was checked in and out before being seen on two occasions. Yvonne herself is polite, but she doesn't run a tight ship. Her staff are rude and inconsiderate. If your experience is like mine: your bridesmaids will be personally insulted, doors to the waiting area will swing wide open while you're changing. Your simple (e.g. fix loose button) will be "mentally noted" but never written down or done. Check your dress if you order from here. If you can, order from somewhere else!

I had an amazing experience at Yvonne's! Janice was a huge help and was great at pulling dresses that she knew were my style and would flatter me. After I had found my dress there, I was in a couple of other bridal stores when I was MOB dress shopping with my mom and saw future brides trying on dresses, and many did not seem to get the individualized attention that I received when I visited Yvonne's. Everyone there was super nice and seemed genuinely happy and excited for me, which made the experience even more special. A big thank you to Janice for helping me find the perfect dress for my special day! I would highly recommend starting here if you're looking for a wedding dress.

I am so grateful for Eva and the ladies at Yvonne s. I felt so special for my entire appointment. Eva listened to what I wanted and was so patient as we tried on dresses. She had me try a few styles that were different than I had asked just to make sure I wouldn t regret my choice later. She wasn t overwhelmed by the large group of ladies that I brought with me and together we found the most beautiful dress for my wedding day. After spending close to two hours with me, the ladies at Yvonne s helped my bridesmaid try on endless dresses. All of my bridesmaids were able to find a style that works for them. I m so relieved that so much of my wedding stress was alleviated in one day at one store!

My daughter needed to find a dress for an event in two weeks. When we walked in we had no idea if this was even a possibility. We asked if they sold off the rack and were told yes. They were busy, but they still welcomed us right away and showed us where to begin to look. We did not have an appointment and we were greeted immediately, helped, and not made to feel foolish that we had such a quick deadline and no appointment. My daughter was allowed to go through the racks, brought dresses to try on by the staff and made to feel welcome. It is her first event to need a dress like this and the experience was wonderful. We will go to Yvonne's again and highly recommend them. Not only did my daughter find a dress, they ordered a new one and tailored it within that short time frame !!

Had a great experience at my first dress fitting tonight. I brought a bit of a crowd without notice (my mom, sister and 2 nieces), and they made us all feel welcome. They made great suggestions and helped me find a veil last minute that matched my dress and wasn't outrageously priced. I had even gotten my dress at a great deal since it was off the rack. I felt like a priority, and I liked the atmosphere as well as the people there.

I would highly recommend bridal gallery by Yvonne! The workers were all extremely friendly and helpful. I also loved that they carry David tutera gowns. I found a dress that was similar to what I was looking for that was David tutera but not exactly what I wanted. The seamstress made magic happen! She turned the dress into everything I could have wanted and then some! She works wonders! In addition I ordered my bridesmaid dresses here and all of my bridesmaids have worn their dresses on several occasions after my wedding! Very high quality!!

Had an absolutely amazing appointment. I had been dreading going wedding dress shopping but Darina was great and helped me find the perfect dress! She listened to what I wanted and had me try on a bunch of other things to find what would be the best for me. I didn't feel any pressure. I highly recommend Yvonne's and was thrilled with my experience.

STAY FAR AWAY!!!
In February we came for bridesmaid dresses, the second we walked into the door they were rude and they should ve been a clue to leave. Everyone found a dress they fell in love and decided to purchase. We were told around July 5 the dresses would be in. July and August came and went, no dresses. Finally they arrive in September with barely a month left before the wedding. My maid of honors dress came 4 sizes to SMALL. They tried blaming it on us saying it was our fault. Last I checked we weren t the ones who took measurements? They tried making her take the sample dress for the SAME price she paid for a brand new dress. The sample dress has been tried on by hundreds of people, had stains and tears etc. All we wanted to make things right was to get her some money back or have alterations done for free. They would not do anything and laughed in our faces multiple times. 11 days away from the wedding and the dress was supposed to be completed. She gets a call saying her dress isn t ready and will be ready next week, 4 days before the wedding! When the dress is finally complete they ripped the entire one side, and added material that doesn t even match the dress and the color is off. Still would not give any money back or do alterations for free and were quick to take her money before the dress was even COMPLETED! I have so many friends getting married this next year and family members going to prom and they WILL NOT be coming here.

Gail was AMAZING !! She listened to my daughter and what she was looking for in her prom dress. I wish I knew about Bridals by Yvonne when I need a Gala dress. We will definitely be back. FABULOUS customer service.

I went to Yvonne s Bridal Gallery as my first appointment ever and had an absolutely wonderful experience. I worked with Yvonne. She was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I was very nervous going into my appointment as I had never tried on gowns being a bride before. From the second we sat down to discuss budget, likes/dislikes etc. my nerves went away and Yvonne made me feel so comfortable from the start. She helped me navigate through styles and many many dresses until I found one that I absolutely loved. I requested to sleep on a decision and felt absolutely no pressure at all to make a decision on the spot at all which was so nice. I would 100% recommend her and her gallery to any new bride-to-be out there. She has soo many dresses to choose from, beautiful ones at that! Thank you Yvonne!

I had a wonderful experience visiting Bridal Gallery by Yvonne shopping for bridal gowns. Yvonne was extremely attentive and knew exactly the type of dress I was looking for. I sent her pictures prior to the appointment and she had dress ready for me to try on. The first dress I tried on was the dress I bought!

Store is way too small and feels like a discount store. My daughter and I were bridesmaids in a wedding. They had us order both dresses way bigger than needed even after expressing concerns. Dresses came in ONE WEEK before the wedding, even though they were ordered 5 months previous. As expected, both dresses were huge and alterations cost literally as much as the dresses. They were ready the DAY BEFORE the wedding and were cut WAY too short even though we had our shoes when we were fitted.

Dresses over priced , dress I ordered they gave me 2 different sizes a larger size and a smaller size that they said I would have to wear spanks with so I went with smaller size thinking that's what you would wear under it anyway ... Got dress and I was so big I didn't even have to unzip to put on !! They would have charged me over 2 hundred dollars for alterations !! Luckily I was able to find someone to take the dress in for free for me , dresses took way longer to come in then we were told ,and then they messed up the color of one of the dresses that was supposed to be the same color as bridesmaid dress and gave her the same color as maid of honors dresses which unfortunately we did not discover till the day of wedding !! Very disappointed !

From the moment that I walked into the bridal shop I felt very welcomed. When entering the bridal suite, there was a welcome sign with my name on it! My consultant Eva was great! She knew what I had envisioned myself in and made it happen! All staff were extremely helpful and I was so excited to say yes to the dress!

If I could rate a zero, I would. Terrible service to say the least. Dont waste your time.

All i can say is one word... Exceptional. ! Honestly they made us feel welcome and gave us the time to breathe.. Relax and chose at our own pace. My daughter found her perfect wedding dress there and i helped myself to the box of tissues that were supplied next to me. Lol..... Highly recommend this place.

I can t begin to talk highly enough about my experience at Yvonne s. Although I didn t find my dress here, Yvonne was the most amazing consultant I had out of the 6 shops I went to. Her expertise and passion for her job went beyond compare, she truly cares about you and works endlessly to make you feel happy and beautiful! Hospitable but they don't let you take pictures which was frustrating for the bride

I just had the most horrific experience here. The first time I came in for a fitting 2 weeks ago they forced me to buy one of their $100 bras because they told me mine wouldn t work. I was quoted $400 for alterations when I bought it and More

The ladies at this shop are amazing. They made my daughter feel like a princess when she went in for a prom dress. The price was good too. After having a horrible expiernece with other places when I got married this was refreshing.

I can say i have been to my fair share of bridal store in my day with weddings and pageants over the years, and this store has taken the cake and not in a good way. When i went to order my bridesmaid dress for a recent wedding, i was measured, my measurements were all over their size chart ( top 2, Middle 4, Bottom 6...really?) So they tried to sell me a 4 ( mind you i am a size 0) I asked to try on a similar dress by that designer in a size 2 just to see, After they gave me some annoying looks i got a dress. What do you know the size 2 was big on me. I caved and ordered a 2 just in case since many people have tried on that dress. I get the dress its to big surprise surprise, they proceeded to try and make me have alterations done there ummmm no sorry they have a $125 Minimum really who does that it went else where it was $50. Honestly beside the dresses taking twice as long to come in, them refusing to talk to the bridesmaids about the order ( only talking to the bride) i would not suggest going here, They have nice dresses and all but im sure they can be found else where.

Beautiful gowns. But you wait forever when you have an appointment. Paid for my dress in March, it wasn't ordered as of August!! Had to be rushed, which gave like no time for alterations. Then wanted to max me out on alterations. Wouldn't recommend.

Yvonne's is lucky they are getting a 2star rating from me. The only reason is the gown ended up beautiful but from the start the experience was awful. This is supposed to he a fabulous time in a brides life they made it nothing such from the minute I walked in. I don't even know why I stayed. My MOH set up the appt she had gotten hers here said it was great and said ahead of time my budget of 1000. (I'm sorry for you girls who think this isn't a lot of money but to me its a significant amount. I didn't have mommy or daddy buying my gown) I come in and the owner Yvonne doesn't even greet me. If you'd like to sell a dress you should rake pride in all your guests. The woman who helps says sorry we have nothing under 1500. I was appealed and said fine we will leave. Instantly she miraculously has some under1000. She brings out 5-6 I end up loving one and put the deposit down. They never ask if I'd like white or ivory I didn't even know I had an option. I went online and saw and went back to store to see which was best in my skin. What salesperson doesn't ask you a color? So from then on my experience was even worse. When it came to my first fitting I thought I'd be treated like a princess little did I know that wasn't happening apparently I didn't species d enough for that. I come in for my spot the door was locked (by the sun they say) I waited 15 to walk in girl let's me not eben a hello how are you what can I do just walks away. Wait another20 minutes after having an appointment women cones out doesn't help me finally I walked around store asking for help I have an appointment and they come another 10minutes in. Here I am45 minutes now into having an "appt" and we get no where. Try the dress on maria comes in to fit me. Yvonne is there the whole time mind you. I'm not happy with what's going on I ask how much alterations would be around I say I have another fitting. She throws a fit stops pinning me walks out of the room saying rude things under her breathe they put my bag in a plastic bag to have me go. Quoted starting at 395 for a slight hem abut taken in and cups. Nothing crazy. To send me out with a 1000 dressing a plastic bag!!! Who does this. Unbelievable. They didn't even tell Yvonne. Maria was so rude and left. The whole experience was terrible I could of gotten better service at David's bridal which I refused to go to a chain due to these matters when in reality this boutique didn't make me feel special in anyway.I called Yvonne very upset went and for my gown bag. She was supposedly mortified. Well why didn't you care to see your bride because I didn't spend 2000??? It was awful as a small business owner I make all my guests feel special and one and only she did nothing of the such. So I post on Facebook how awful it was I had 7. People chime in and say how awful they were to them. The reason I'm posting this is because I see a girl post a picture with her on a pedastool with flowers and a little sign welcoming her with a sign. I said congrats to you I hope your experience ends up great they did nothing like that for me but make me feel like a fly on the wall. When I talked to Yvonne she offered me nothing!! Worthless waste if breathe! I went to Lucia on rt 2instead for alterations she saved me over 100&made me feel fantastic and did an outstanding job! I recommended Yvonne's to no one I told my 5 friends getting married this year to steer clear!! I'm in the service industry I know how to treat people!

I cannot begin to tell people just how wonderful my experience at Yvonne's was. I have a lot of insecurities due to losing over 100 pounds and I went not knowing how I would look in a wedding dress. Eva was my consultant and she was fantastic, she asked all the right questions and pulled the perfect dresses for what I was looking for. She made me feel so comfortable and I so appreciated that. I ended up finding the dress of my dreams and never feeling more beautiful thanks to Yvonne and her staff. It was a delight working with Yvonne too, she made sure everything was perfect for me. I loved it here and I highly recommend that anyone looking for great service and a loving staff go here.

Just stopped in w. my 3 daughters for prom gowns and employees barely acknowledged we were in the store. It is a Thur. afternoon and no other customers were in the store. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
