Hotel Ritter Milano Review

Good hotel, located about 10/15 minutes walking from the main attractions of Milano, in a very quiet neighborhood. The negative point of our stay was the attention received from the receptionist.

Great location and price.
Satisfactory breakfast, gluten-free choice even without warning first.
In contrast the rooms are austere and noisy in the morning.

Great service & Amazing location! The day porter was outstanding, the kindest man ever. 5 stars!

I really loved it. Very full and good breakfast. Rooms quite warm (maybe a little too much - at least the 410). Very comfortable bed. All clean and tidy, no noise. Close enough to the basilica square. Quiet and pertissima metro area.

It is a very good running otel very nice located. Very good option if you think you won t be spending too much time at the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Building and otel is bit old but in a good way. Breakfast was also good.

I stayed for 4 nights at Ritter with my girlfriend. Renovated and modern rooms, clean and tidy. Abundant buffet breakfast, better international than Italian.
Very central location and very well connected (Moscova metro station very close). On foot you can easily reach the Parco Sempione and the fashion district in a few minutes.
Price in the standard.

The hotel is very well located and has a very good price. About 15min walk from the center with the metro and the castle park next door. The rooms have renovated the bathroom, the beds are comfortable that if with an old style. They have free WiFi and the hotel is open 24 hours. Nearby has good restaurants.

Hotel in good area, less than 15 min walk from the Duomo. The Moscova stop is 30 meters from the metro. And the street very good, many services. The normal hotel, the good service, they know quite well Spanish. The breakfast did not vary from one day to the next but it was complete. And we are very grateful that one day we left at 6:30 in Venice and they prepared two breakfast bags with juice, fruit, toast, jam, bread and water. They stored our bags on the last day. If I returned to Milan, I would surely repeat. Quality good price

Little to say, as in so many places that admittedly distinguish the city 'of Milan there' so efficiently. Really we enjoyed it.

Very bad service. Bed bugs (!), no kettle or tea/coffee, no iron. When we asked for our clothes to be ironed, initially the manager said 10 euro but at checkout we were charged a whopping 25! Room seemed generally unclean and not hygienic; shower was very basic and the air con was barely functional.

One star for nice concierge who was helpful considering the circumstances, otherwise it would be no stars if that was possible.

If you are planning on staying here then be warned, be armed!

Site in a strategic location, just a step away from the Moscova stop of metro line 2. A few hundred meters away there are numerous tram lines that lead to the Duomo and the Navigli canals. One step away from the Scala. Quite accurate structure, rooms with balcony, welcoming staff. Excellent and varied breakfast.

Be careful when you enter the hotel because the man at the front desk has a terrible attitude to guests and extremely inefficient in management (he needed to held our passports and finish his other work before returning them to us when we return later). Their room arrangements are stubborn - you are assigned a room and can only check in when that specific room become available, while there are plenty of other rooms ready to be checked in.

Still a nice hotel despite being dated. Some new areas because they have been renovated. Great location. Professional and punctual staff in understanding the customer's need. We came on the occasion of Stramilano because the position is strategic. Definitely come back. I advise

The reception is good the employees bet French which is a plus. The hotel is well placed and clean, however the rooms are in two single beds glued and not a double bed and are not well soundproofed, the view overlooks the roofs (electric cables) and overlooked with neighbors

Hotel with very little humanity for health reasons I had to cancel my reservation at this hotel sending documentation of reports, medical leave that I cannot travel and they refuse to give me back the money notifying me with enough time for the hotel to make available to clients that room, and they don't even deign to contact me.

I was expecting more in this price but I can't say that was wrong. Just average - so 3*

Breakfast is so good that you don't want to hit it even during the exhibition season.

Good just for the location (very close to Moscova metro station).
Rooms are very old fashioned. Going in this hotel feels like going back straight to the 70's.
In my opinion the room was not clean and it was smelling of smoke. For sure someone smoked in the room, unless in Italy is not allowed to smoke in a public place.

Nice staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast. Great location, close to the Duomo and other attractions. Our room was comfortable with a large shower, well equipped.
The rooms aren't isolated acoustically well and you can hear your neighbors take a shower or the cleaning staff vacuuming.. Besides that all was really great.

Convenient location to visit historic center and the Duomo. Access point for those traveling by private car, but the hotel handles the formalities with the local police. Comfortable hotel with very spacious rooms and comfortable bed.
