Purchased a sofa first of January 2021. Was told by representative it would be delifered February 7th. Did not hear anything, i called and it was pushed to February 9th. Didnt hear anything, called back and it was pushed to February 12th with an undertone of "stop calling we will call You". February 15th called because i still have not gotten ANY calls from a representative. Was told they hve no clue where it is but would call when delivery will be set up. Spent over 1 thousand dollars and going on 7 weeks and not one person from this business has bothered to follow up . But the sale you could spend 300.00 and walk out with a couch.... you would think one thousand dollars would get better customer service than the 300 but... guess not.
