Eugene Robot's Songdo office has all the business departments such as the head office's research center, EMS production, etc. Anyone can enter the robot cafe on the first floor through a door directly connected to the outside, but other areas are restricted. Visitors can use the parking lot in front of the main gate for free and enter through the door dedicated to the robot cafe to order drinks or request after-sales service from the cafe staff. Since the robot cafe is operated directly by Eugene Robot, not to make a profit, the amount of the drink must be put into the donation box in cash. The robot cafe operates from 8:30 to 18:30, and is not open from 13:30 to 14:30.
