Visitors can use the parking lot in front of the main gate for free and enter through the door dedicated to the robot cafe to order drinks or request after-sales service from the cafe staff. Since the robot cafe is operated directly by Eugene Robot, not to make a profit, the amount of the drink must be put into the donation box in cash.
The robot cafe operates from 8:30 to 18:30, and is not open from 13:30 to 14:30.
