Youth Education Support Service Review

Hello Everyone. Oh what a year we have all experienced in different degrees regardless of age. We have enjured a great deal and kept everyone in our thoughts and prayers. As we move out of lockdown, we are delighted to share our good news with you. We reopen our 'YES OP Shop' Wednesday 4th, November. (9.30-am - 5pm & Saturday 10am - 4pm.) Had a Terrible Experience. Lady Mananger was Very. Rude to my mother I was so upset i had to leave i will never go there again

Everyone here is SO LOVELY!! We donated 10-15 boxes of baby clothes and when my husband dropped them off (3 weeks ago) he accidently took 2x vaccuum sealed bags that were not supposed to go. I only just realised they were gone. One had my baby's newborn clothes that i was not ready to let go :(
I went to the shop crying - feeling terrible for asking them back but i just couldn't part with them. I didn't like my chances of getting them back but they searched for them for me and found them!!!! I can not be more thankful

Yes has the best organised and maintained book section of any op shop I've ever seen. Everything is labelled according to genre and organised neatly by author. YES also has a great range of assorted items, including stuff that you don't usually find at the bigger chain op shops. There are always hidden gems and everything is reasonably priced.

Very upsetting experience ! Visited this shop with my 'autistic' son. Lady who served me was VERY RUDE !! I questioned if a kiddies table was for sale. She exploded & carried on about some things being for the store. I understand that ... but there's a better way to treat customers and handle things.

Apparently it was 'for sale'. At that point my son had ran out of the shop & I couldnt find him. I will NEVER visit this shop again. Im appalled at the way she treated us !!
