Singed up a few days ago and they got me work within the next day as promised I turned up on time at the location I was tuned away all because they didn't call the manager on that day twice its happend the man promised to pay for the hours I was there no payment was received whatever you do domt use this company

With this team, I have always been in work, in suitable locations and they have always given me a high pay rate. Timesheets and payments are akwats managed well. The team maje you feel like you are there only client. Best service I have worked with. Would highly recommend them. Especially working with Sam Krimgoltz.

I was offered a temp role on a Monday and waited until Friday afternoon until I heard back about starting it! By this time I'd been offered another job with another agency and when I told YW this, they were so rude and made me feel very guilty. Why does it take a week to receive reporting details about a job? I had a feeling the role was fake. Thus, I have taken my business elsewhere. The quest goes on to find a true, genuine, agency.

I am an Occupational Therapist with nearly 28 year s experience specialised in Neuro Rehab, including Bobath courses. I had to stop working due to medical issues April this year. I now feel better and was looking online for some part-time Locum OT post and submitted my details through indeed.co.uk. The next day I had a phone call from, New World Rec. group (absolutely a careless New World) a smilingly kind agent. I very clearly specified that I would like to work part-time with medically stable Neuro patients within 15 miles from my home address. The agent (MO) found me a post at a Hospital, Neuro ward. I spoke with the Team Lead and explained about my work requirements. However, he failed to comply with our agreement and took me to work at a very busy medically unstable Neuro ward as well as using me as a Rehab Assistant. Moreover, I couldn t believe the way (illegal MH technique) they were manhandling very vulnerable patients. Anyhow, the second day I decided to stop working there and reported the case to the agent, MO, who was supposed to contact the Team lead and arrange for me to get money for the 7 hours I worked there. I wasn t bothered about money, but MO was adamant to get my money and get back to me the next day. 3 days later I emailed and then called MO and to my surprise he didn t even have the courtesy to reply and was/is totally ignoring me. Be reassured that you, MO, will not enjoy the money I earned and that the way you acted in this case doesn t comply with the ethos of a Health Care related Company in the UK.

I'm sorry but I've completed 100% of my compliance, sent all the documentation and filled all the forms, therefore, please dont state that I haven't as this is very unprofessional to put the blame on the applicant especially when I have emails to prove that there is nothing outstanding.

It took me a while to get the right role with Your World Health Care, but Jordan kept in touch and eventually when the right position came up it was a really good match. We are in regular contact during the week and he is totally approachable and always so happy. It is testament to the Company that he has remained at Your World Healthcare within the competitive market of recruitment. His knowledge particularly the NHS, I have found a great support as he understands the industry and the challenges that I face within the roles.
Working with Your World Healthcare, I feel that I am looked after and looked out for and not just a candidate in a booking. We work well together where I feel he is more of a friend than a recruitment consultant.

I have had a really great experience working with Your World Healthcare. My recruiter was Samantha and she was able to find me a great permanent position which I am absolutely loving. She set up interviews within days. She was efficient, and on top of things. I was very busy at the time, working full-time, and didn't have time to follow up on things and with Samantha working for me I didn't have to worry - she took care of everything from setting up the interview, to negotiating a fair salary and ensuring I received an appropriate contract. I would recommend Samantha at Your World if you are looking for someone to go above and beyond to find you a job.

They are the worst agency to work for I would not advise anyone to work for them . They give u shifts when they are fully aware aware u are not compliant with your mandatory training and at the end they refuse to pay you saying you were not up to date with your mandatory training don't ever work for this agency

I have been a locum for a while now and no agency / recruiter up until now has been as supportive and really provided a personalised service e.g taken the time out to see how my placements have gone amongst other seemingly insignificant things. Just goes to show these guys actually care and don't just see you as a commodity. Big thanks to Richard J - and the rest of the team!

This is the first time I've used Your World and it's the best recruitment group I've worked with. I had a lovely staff member called Charlotte Lock helping me with my application process and she was so helpful and approachable. I'd previously been really struggling to register with a different agency for over two months with no luck with the completion. Once I had found Your World, it took THREE DAYS to send off my application, get an interview and have confirmation of a job. As I said, Charlotte was so helpful throughout the process and very attentive, asking me how everything was going and offering her services if I need them. I would definitely recommend Your World and Charlotte if any healthcare staff need jobs! Many thanks for all your help!!

Communication is vital to everything and yet as a nurse working for this company it is such a shame that these consultants do not respond to you in a timely manner...shifts are booked but not finalised with bank and you end up obviously with nothing but sort of looking forward for that day/night shift...

They treat you as though you owe them a lot well in fact its a win win situation for both...I do understand that this is a private company but they don't given enough respect for the nurses working for them...these people don't have a clue on how we go through every shift saving lives but unfortunately we are just a statistical shift to be covering for them...
You don't give enough credit for your nurses that is working for you...your company will be non existent without us...remember that...

I started the recruitment process 26th August 2017,I am still not working.They lost documents and couldn't be bothered looking ,despite me giving the tracking number twice
Conpliance team terrible,take over a week to reply,the rehash the same info over and over.
Also prev recruitment consultant lied when i complained and said she didnt have my new mobile number,I had sent her it the same day and she soon found it when the complaint was made.
I was assured in October I would be working within 2 weeks ,still not and i believe references were not applied for,they were supplied to them 3 times.
I have decided to go elsewhere as I feel as if none of them really cared or tried to get me set up in work .
Make sure you dont need work quickly if you apply here.

My name is Khirstie, I have worked with yourworld for over a year now, apart from a few teething issues at the beginning I ve enjoyed working for them , I only do one shift a week due to having full time work elsewhere , but never have a problem getting shifts with them. Ayan my rep is amazing and always keeps me up to date and ensures I get paid .. I do a shift every Thursday and get paid the next day which is great :) would recommend :)

I joined Your World Recruitment in Feb 2013. I had no problem with my previous consultant with regards to communication and shift allocation. I have referred a lot of nurses friends to your world. I took a break and joined again last year. I was introduced to a new consultant and I'm sorry to say that this person i was assigned to as my consultant lack communication skills. No manners and courtesy in responding to calls and replying to my emails. I paid last year and this year for both BLS and Manual Handling course at your world. Up till now I have not heard from this consultant and his compliant officer.

I have been contacted by Jangir regarding some occasional clinics is Surrey.

I've been an employee at Your World for 7 months now and have to say how amazing my time here so far has been. The company is entirely different to anywhere I have worked before. They provide outstanding benefits and really go the extra mile to make employees feel comfortable in their working life, be that arranging more flexible hours or simply adding ever-improving facilities.

Working here is like being part of a family and if Broadgate Tower isn't impressive enough already, the actual office itself is pristine. I love the fact that we have a 'Relax Room' complete with pool table, sofas, games machines, Xbox and massage chair.

Our social gatherings on Fridays are always well-planned and a guaranteed fun night out. There's a lot of potential here too and all staff (both sales and non-sales) are given great incentives and rewarded for hard work...a rare find in a predominantly sales-based environment.

I worked for this company over two years ago. I was shocked to find they had closed ranks with their clients (Circle Health Care - who have since lost their contract with QMC) who had discriminated against me on the grounds of race.
Charley was very talkative and friendly but soon showed his true colours. Truly foul and unprofessional staff and agency .

Your world are continually late paying me even though the handbook/ contract clearly states time sheets handed in by Tuesday 16:00 will be paid Friday but hey are not. The complaints procedure states my consultants line manager should contact me but I have been waiting a week. Beware locums this company cares only about itself had completely shuns its contractual obligations. Don t risk getting involved.

Good company to work with. Recruitment officers are good as they take the responsibility of their work. Communication is good as well.

Your sales staff should not post bad reviews on clinician's google pages if they cold call us and take up the time of our staff who are dealing with patient enquiries. This is very unprofessional.

AN ABSOLUTE ABOMINATION OF AN AGENCY. WHAT. THE. HELL. they stole my money ... every penny, i did one shift and they took the money from my account. I LIVE ON THE STREETS!!! I USED TO BE A LAWYER EARNING 200K A YEAR. HOW HAS THIS HAPPENED AFTER ONE SHIFT.
