Ridiculously unfriendly switch-board receptionist. I guess that should be a great indication of the business!!?

Since I have had communications with YRH. I have been given the run around for a long time!. Money and time lost due to this company! The company never delivered in anything they said. Jennifer and the team hid their true self behind fake smiles and fake promises. This team can be convincing in trying to show that this is a professional company run by fair and honest directors with experienced individuals it s anything but! This is a recruitment agency looking to secure contracts with businesses with lies. They hide harsh terms such as insane release fees, inexperienced individuals and dishonest directors. Stay away in all circumstances! You definitely are better off recruiting someone yourself.

Working with YRH is one of the best decisions I've made since setting up on my own. It offers the very best of both worlds with regular commitment that fits around other clients whilst at the same time being part of a great team committed to being the very best at what we do. The belief and passion that is driven from the top down around helping our clients feel happier because their businesses are more successful and they feel in control is truly inspirational. I love being part of it.

We have found Your right hand finance team to be unhelpful, extremely aggressive and inequitable. YRH successfully placed a financial manager into our business after several failed attempts. The experience was really no different to a recruitment agent.

Our FM has since left YRH as a self employed consultant. This was at our end of year and a critical time for our accounting process.



Despite trying to discuss this we received aggressive correspondence threatening legal action from Jennifer and no help to finish our end of year accounts.

We are actually still your clients Jennifer, in contract for a short while longer and can assure you we don t love working with you, in fact we have found the whole thing rather distasteful.

My company has used YRH for quite a few years.

The service provided by YRH has been consistently personal, informed, professional and seamless in the way that YRH personnel integrate with my business.

Using YRH saves me a huge headache around finances - everything in that area is incredibly well organised and under control. It's a part of the business I don't need to worry about or spend much time on.

I routinely and unreservedly recommend YRH to small and medium businesses that I come across.

If you already have a good job and are looking to move for a higher paid one, these guys will mess you around, start off the process and then ignore you. They will only take you on if you are totally desperate, that way they can negotiate your pay well down from advertised rates, so they can make more commission. Avoid. Total waste of time.

We have used Your Right Hand for finance support since 2012, and this has been invaluable for our business. The team who have helped us, have all fitted in with our organisation well, and they have given me huge amounts of help with VAT and a range of other commercial issues.

I worked for Your Right Finance for a period of just over 2 years. The whole concept is a great idea, it enables you as a self employed principal to have control and flexibility in your work life. They support you via induction days and online training so that you can work in line with their values. You have access to 80 other people in your profession, which is very useful when you come across a new scenario or problem. I would thoroughly recommend YRH and would not hesitate to go back to them if my circumstances change in the future. Thanks Jen and the rest of the YRH team!

If only I could select no stars.

I had my disappointing first FC through YRH leave to "earn more money elsewhere" within a matter of months.

My second FC Stephen Thornton, joined only after convincing reassurances from Adrian Frost (the Regional Director), Jennifer Raines (CEO) and Stephen himself.

Stephen promised me he'd stick with Your Right Hand Finance Team for a "minimum" of 3 years so I could have some continuity. He then moved on after less than a year to pursue building his personal practice Deerbridge Finance. Again, because he could earn more money than he was earning working with me through Your Right Hand Finance Team.

What's also disturbing is that 3 of the 5 positive Google reviews displayed at the time of writing this are from staff within the YRH organisation. Only 2 are from actual customers.

Steer well clear, there are much better quality and lower cost options available to you - as I have subsequently found out.
