I was impressed with West London AV Solutions since first contact at tender stage. Their quotation was clearly detailed, human readable and extremely well thought out given the complexity of the initial requirements. The work was carried out with extreme care and great cooperation with other site contractors. Management was involved throughout the project and were available at all times when attention was required.

I was very pleased with the quality of their work and after sales support and would gladly recommend them.

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL... Mikkel who introduced himself as the Managing Director of the company came at our property to have a look and he appeared very keen to take the job and give us a quotation . It's been a moth since I've been chasing him and I haven't had any response to any of my phone calls , messages or emails .
RUDE !!! No manners , no work ethic ... definitely not the guy you would want to deal with and surely not the guy you would want to let him in your house

LRAV have done an amazing job at two properties. The team are all excellent at what they do and go the extra mile to make sure everything is working as expected. We started with existing systems that were barely functional. We not only fixed the problems but upgraded pretty much everything. We built a media room and it is fantastic (I attach a photo)! Of course it isn't cheap, but LRAV provided fully costed alternatives at various price points and took the time to discuss the pros and cons. LRAV are the 4th company I have tried in 5 years, and they are the best by a country mile.

We have just finished renovating our family home in London and we have worked alongside London AV Solutions from the initial tender design and AV consultancy through to the finished product.

We enjoyed the process from start to finish. Katie spent time with us during the initial scoping stages of the project to ensure that they understood how we would be living in the property and what systems we needed to have. At no time did they recommend a system or solution which was not needed or over specified.

They produced tender documentation for us based upon the initial proposal and this allowed us to send the building/electrical package to tender including the associated AV costs. We sent the AV package out to tender and were happy to see that London AV Solutions were competitive in terms of their pricing so we appointed them for the full contract.

Mikkel and the project team then worked closely with the main contractor and electrician to ensure all cables were installed correctly. The engineers who arrived to complete the installation during the last weeks of the project were well mannered, well presented and very thorough in their approach to the work.

The solution we have been left with is just as we were promised during those first days of contact over a year ago and we would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional AV company.

We had a similar experience to the above. `Mikkel came by and told he would help us. And then no follow up, no communication. They just told us it was `with the directors . Sadly this is probably another example of one of these firms that is mostly about doing what is right for them on their timeline, without much of a professional front end. Keep that in mind before relying on any follow through here...

These guys were fantastic. We installed Sonos, Crestron, CCV, and a telephone telephone intercom system in a 5 story home. We also installed wireless boosters because as you go up in these old homes - the wireless signal diminishes. We ran into multiple complexities bc of historical home restrictions and old wiring in the home. Mikkel and AV Solutions spent hours making sure everything worked seamlessly. In a world where we don t have time to figure things out ourselves, Mikkel and his employees made the system work simply and seamlessly. When there were updates from Crestron or Sky, they came over and made sure everything was working as planned. These guys are professional, courteous responsive and know the definition of client service. Highly recommend!

Absolutely awful company. They are incredibly unprofessional con artists who know very little about the equipment they supply. Do not use them.
