Have used your move twice now to sell my house. The service has been outstanding from start to finish marketing and pictures really made a difference and both times they have sold at closing date. Exceeded my expectations again. Thanks to all the team for the excellent service. Micheal
Phoned on 2 occasions to arrange a viewing. Both times I was told they would call back to confirm once they'd spoken to the vendor. Haven't had a call back.
18th July, they came to view and value Mum's property, and same day we went to view another property they had advertised. Promised a phone call the following day and a letter in the post a day or two later confirming everything which had been discussed, and to find out Mum's thoughts on the property she'd viewed. Over a week later, neither has materialised. I must say I find this very unprofessional, considering their website makes a point about "customer service". Non existent as far as I can see. Very poor. Not to worry, plenty other estate agents out there who I'm sure will be glad to help Mum with the selling/buying procedure.
UPDATE - now 3 weeks have passed and still no word back. This to me is totally unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this organisation to anyone. Rotten, appalling service.
Contacted them to sell our house and they never called back, So we sold our house through Residence who delt with everything from the first phone call.
Can t recommend Your Move enough, they made the experience so easy. Our house went on the market, and sold in just over a week !! Johnathan, Lynne and all the staff were fantastic. Massive thanks guys, we couldn t have done it without you
Emailed for a viewing to a property I was interested in no response so I called to spoke to women who I found really abrupt on the telephone. Asked about property I had interest in to be told there was already 40-50 people interested and a offer been made I explained I was fine by this still wanting to view and possibly to make a offer again she told me it was to be signed & sealed with in 3weeks are you even in a position to buy quite sarcastically. I was fuming at this point on the phone told her to leave it as the impression was I couldn t afford the property little did she know I was actually a cash buyer due to fortunate circumstances.
So I would not recommend nor would I consider buying from this agent in the future EVER

I am extremely pleased with Audrey Millar assistance, as a buyer I expected to get a second priority services however she treated us with care which is almost non-existent now a day. I can t imagine what she would be like with her sellers, I am sure they are lucky to have her.
Audrey took the time and understood my situation and the fact that I didn t know much about Glasgow as I am relocating from London, she made things really easy for us and made us feel accommodated on a few viewings we thought might not happen as I ve had to come back and forth so my family can get to see the property again, which made it personal.
I could tell Audrey was passionate with her job and delivered a high level of professionalism. She understood our position and helped us exceed our expectation. It s not about the result it s the way she delivered and communicated which I thought was outstanding!.
My normal experience with an agent it s not that great one however Audrey changed that and she went the extra mile with us on negotiations and as a result manage to get the property at a level both myself and the seller were happy with. I thought I had to write a review to tell everyone that I was extremely satisfied with the high standard of service set by Audrey at Your Move McLaughlin Uddingston branch.
