Felt understaffed yesterday, there was a big food supply problem as they had no cheese and other ingredients. The quality of the food was also poor and not hygienic. Safe to say my friends and I will not be using this spoons again anytime soon

We just had one night here. Started with a very warm and welcome from one of the supervisors. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and tidy with everything you need. It had an amazing view out of a large curved window. Room was well decorated if just slightly dated but for the price you can't complain. The beds were comfy and shower hot and powerful. Also the towels were huge and so nice to use.

Had dinner and breakfast in the pub which were both really great. Again staff were really helpful and food hot arriving quickly. Also had a real log fire in the morning.

Food excellent and staff very good. Really cleaned up after a family left table 121 in a terrible state. Was cleaned by 2 of the staff including having to clean the floor. Thanks to them

Lovely location and it was good beer and food but there are areas which could improve, such as service was slow (pretty much we sat ourselves down and no one came to our table until we ordered on the app), the app doesn't work as well as it could (pretty much had to use my firends phone to order food and drinks), also you could do with local brews not just the norms.

Stayed for four nights in September 2020. We booked a feature room and were allocated room 11. Feature rooms are at the back of the hotel and have a view. Unfortunately the view from room 11 is mostly obscured by trees. The room was very clean but small. The bathroom was tiny and the sink was so small it was difficult to fill the kettle. The room furniture had seen better days. At times you could hear the pub downstairs but once the pub had closed the room was quiet. Food is standard wetherspoons fare. The hotel is nicely situated in the town centre, it takes about 45 minutes to walk from the hotel to the top of Worcestershire Beacon where the views are amazing.
