Clean and usually well organized. The staff is always helpful and accommodating. Spacious area and a fantastic place to study. Good lighting and lots of outlets

UTD has many spots where you can study in peace and McDermott Library is the best. It has many seats, special silent zones, comfortable couches. It also has special team rooms which can reserved online for meeting and discussion. You can also reserve special equipment like cameras.

Administration likes to come in a laugh and yell while students are trying to study. Considering how vampiric the administration is, it doesn't surprise me.

I love studying here. Parking is close. Each level of the library is based on volume level. 4th floor being the most quiet. There is even a more quiet section on the 4th floor for ultimate silence. On the basement are the peer led help which is free of charge for UTD students. There are also group study tables in the basement and white boards. Students can also reserve special library rooms online for group or self study. It is open 24/7 and I even heard people sleep here (blanket and pillow!!)

Best library ever. 24 hours = so much peace and time to do all my homework, especially Physics requiring so much studying! Highly recommended.

Nice place to study. Quiet but don't go upstairs, is more noisy upstairs 3rd floor precisely

Amazing and quiet place. You can find subject books and reserve it for two hours as well.

Very quiet and apt for studies.

This place has all the pros for a good library. The wifi here is super fast. Great collection of books on different floors. You can also carry your laptop. A lot of charging points are available as well.

Overall a very cool place for everyday studies.

Having fun isn't hard when you've got a Comet Card.
