Young Life is a Christ-centered ministry that has been helping kids know Jesus, grow in their faith, and serve Him for over 75 years. The organization was founded in 1941 by Jim Rayburn, who had a vision to reach out to young people who were not being reached by the church. Today, Young Life has grown into a global organization with over 5,000 staff and more than 100,000 volunteers serving in over 100 countries.
At Young Life, the focus is on building authentic relationships with kids. The ministry believes that every kid deserves to hear about Jesus Christ in a way that they can understand and relate to. That's why Young Life leaders go where kids are - whether it's at school or on the sports field - and build bridges of friendship with them.
Once those relationships are established, Young Life leaders introduce kids to Jesus Christ through fun activities like club meetings and summer camps. These events provide an opportunity for kids to hear about God's love for them in a way that is engaging and relevant.
But it doesn't stop there. Young Life also helps kids grow in their faith through discipleship programs like Campaigners. These small group Bible studies provide an opportunity for young people to dive deeper into God's Word and learn how they can apply it to their lives.
And finally, Young Life encourages young people to serve others by getting involved in mission trips or local service projects. By serving others, young people learn what it means to follow Jesus' example of putting others first.

For example , In recent years ,the organization has launched new initiatives such as Wyldlife (for middle school students) , Capernaum (for teens with disabilities),and College life (for college students).
In conclusion ,Young life continues making an impact globally by reaching out teenagers from different backgrounds regardless of race or religion . It provides opportunities for these teenagers not only know more about Christianity but also grow spiritually while having fun doing so .
