Very quick responses and great service on the phone! If there is a problem or ambiguity, this is resolved very quickly.

I used Youbahn for my catering work and I really experienced this. Student arrived on time and everything ran smoothly and smoothly via the platform. Certainly for repetition as far as I am concerned!

1) The app is regularly updated, but you can still not enter your hours or view salary slips. This must be done via the website.

The app is useful for responding to services. Furthermore, not many new services will be added, unfortunately.

2) Hourly wages stated with the services in the app or on the website are higher than actual. Youbahn makes a nice story of it, that (holiday) allowances are paid, so that you get a higher hourly wage. Isn't a ball of ...

Very sorry this !! Have been working on it for years and have never experienced this. Have called several times to Youbahn to indicate that the wages for the work I did in October have not yet been paid. I got the response that it will still be paid, if not I had to contact me. To check, they asked if my IBAN number was correct. I was told a completely different number where no digit was correct. Of course I indicated that they have the wrong IBAN number in the system. This was changed on the same day by whoever I was on the phone. As confirmation I have checked this in the app.

A week later I contacted Youbahn again. In response I got back that the payment was still pending, perhaps by changing the IBAN number. Of course I thought it was super weird because all these years I have never seen the payment run out so much.

The last time I contacted Youbahn was 5 days ago. The person '' Tom '' I got on the phone was not at all PROFESSIONAL in other words very ASOCIAL. When I got frustrated when he said that the amount might have been transferred to the wrong IBAN number, he replied that if I keep responding that way, he won't even try to help me properly. He also blamed me that the wrong IBAN number was entered and that there is not much he can do about it.

It comes to a total of 135 euros, of course I get frustrated when I don't receive the money for the work I have delivered. !!

Absolute amateurs. Technical problems, promises not kept, lax in payment, sloppy in communication.

A modern temporary employment agency for flex work. Smoothly assisted and fast throughput.

Work there for years. Do not keep appointments and sometimes you have to go after your money. Was just on location but apparently no longer needed. Been through the rain and paid travel costs for nothing. Furthermore, it is easy to respond to services, but the app can be better.

Smooth, open people who give me the feeling that I really listen and thereby improve their services.
