Very sorry this !! Have been working on it for years and have never experienced this. Have called several times to Youbahn to indicate that the wages for the work I did in October have not yet been paid. I got the response that it will still be paid, if not I had to contact me. To check, they asked if my IBAN number was correct. I was told a completely different number where no digit was correct. Of course I indicated that they have the wrong IBAN number in the system. This was changed on the same day by whoever I was on the phone. As confirmation I have checked this in the app.

A week later I contacted Youbahn again. In response I got back that the payment was still pending, perhaps by changing the IBAN number. Of course I thought it was super weird because all these years I have never seen the payment run out so much.

The last time I contacted Youbahn was 5 days ago. The person '' Tom '' I got on the phone was not at all PROFESSIONAL in other words very ASOCIAL. When I got frustrated when he said that the amount might have been transferred to the wrong IBAN number, he replied that if I keep responding that way, he won't even try to help me properly. He also blamed me that the wrong IBAN number was entered and that there is not much he can do about it.

It comes to a total of 135 euros, of course I get frustrated when I don't receive the money for the work I have delivered. !!
