I would rate this company 5 star because I have used American Limos several times and will continue to do so because they have always given us SUPERIOR service.
Best Limo service in town .

Looks like these guys have paid for some fake reviews because there is no chance the same people we dealt with could have received 5 stars from anybody. Horrible service, rude owners. They took full payment for wedding and then didn't show up. No refund, no remorse. Honestly shocked they are still in business. Should be investigated by the commerce commission.

I would 100% recommend this to the people out there...This company and its team, handles the job professionally and they provide you with every customer service they can, and great communication and customer skills, good timing and flexibility in hours, they definitely have excellent knowledge of where you want to go to or your destination, the limo looks clean and very comfortable, and convenient. If I could rate this service 0 stars out if 5 I would. One of the few regrets on our wedding day. I strongly reccomend anyone looking to book these guys for their wedding please reconsider. They may be cheaper then most but you definitely get what you pay for.

Where do I begin,
They were late by over an hour
They were unprofessional
They were rude
They were inexperienced
The limo was dirty and had parts missing to exterior
The inside of limo was dirty
The inside of limo was smelly
There was no music in the limo, CD player broken
The driver was not wearing a uniform
The driver brought his son to do the work
They didn t open the door for any of us
The driver wasn t wearing socks
The driving to all location was terrible

Terrible service. Don t show up on time! Ruined my friends wedding in an old shabby limo when she expected a hummer.
It was pouring with rain and the driver didn t help the bride with her dress or flowers. Didn t offer us a refund and demanded to be paid for an extra hour. Disgusting!!! I don t know how these people sleep at night. I will be going to the media about them.

No judgement.Regardless this company had some bad reviews we still used their service and it was worth it. Extremely friendly service and staffs. The limousine was on time at my daughter's wedding. Thank you Albert and team for making my daughter's big day a day to remember.we will surely book with you again.

Worst ever, deserves a 0 which unfortunately is not an option. 5 star ratings only coming from the owner/boss/workers.

The worst experience ever, unprofessional, late, dirty limo, rude boss. inexperience driver. Wished I never hired from these people.

The limo was nice and the driver was awesome. The ride to the airport was stress free and smooth as could be( even though traffic was heavy at times).I highly recommend!

We hired the 12 seater limo to transport the bridesmaids to the ceremony just yesterday and it was an awful experience. Driver was rude and had an I don t care attitude . I m so glad if anything, we did not use their services to transport us from ceremony to reception.

Highly suggest you look elsewhere.

I like to thank American limos to make our night so much to remember all our friends had a great night.Limo was on time and the driver was amazing he drove us around and drop us to our function on time.

Upsolutely worse company to deal with had the white hummer booked and paid for month before the wedding then after payment they email me and say it's extra $300 for the white hummer when it was all in email stating that we wanted the white hummer!

Day of wedding limo DOES NOT TURN UP i called them not them calling me to check where they are they tell me the driver is about 45 mins away when he is already late 30 mins.

Then he offers $1000 dollars less for him being late so I asked for my refund a week later they make up an excuse the accountant is away and back on the 15th so I waited until the 15th and no refund has been made.

I call them on the 19th they tell me the refund was made 2 days ago and to wait until the 20th and it will be showing in me account and we all know payments show maximum over night so I told him I'm coming now to grab my money he tells me yes come down in one hour and that's when they finally paid the money as he was lying the whole time and misleading us.

Please be aware no matter what DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM they are a bunch of thiefs and no respect to any customers at all

He made my daughter(the bride) almost cried on one of the most important day of her life. They made us walked in the rain to the main road because they could not drive thru our driveway. Our driveway can fit 3 cars just like the main road. We were late for the ceremony because they did not inform us that they were sitting there. There was someone else in the limo which we found out later that she was training a new driver. How dare they trained someone on my daughter's wedding day. She was just sitting there without introducing herself and what the hell she's doing there. Not even a smile. The driver was so rude and unprofessional. At the reception while I was busy greeting the guests he told me he would not leave without 30 dollars for a broken wine glass that we knew nothing of. I begged him I would deal with it later. He would not leave until my cousin came to the rescue and paid him cash. Few days later I rang up the boss and he was worst than the workers. He did not wanna listen to me. He was so defensive and rude. He hung up on me. The whole experience was so stressful and frustrating, Money Hunger!!!
