My family and I were craving some frozen yogurt the other day and decided to visit Yogo Express. This was hands down one of the worst experiences we have ever had and quite frankly will affect my view on this establishment. We looked up their hours, which on their website stated they close at 9pm during the week. When we arrived they have a paper sign posted with Fall/Winter hours and as it would happen they close at 8pm during this season. The time of our arrival was 7:45pm.

All we wanted was some yogurt and as we had 10 minutes we went into the restaurant. The staff was very annoyed at our arrival and said little if anything at all to us. Their dining room had obviously been closed for quite awhile as it was blocked off. We asked if we could sit in there for a few minutes and were told by one employee as long as we did not make a mess we could. When we sat down however another employee stated we could not sit in there as they had just cleaned the dining room.

Then my wife's peppermint frozen yogurt turned out to be "fizzy." It had started to turn, so she took it up to one of the employees and let them know. The employee rudely took the yogurt tub from my wife and tossed it, saying only ok when my wife stated they might want to check that flavor to be sure it was still good, and walked away. She did not offer to replace the it, refund it or even a coupon good for a future visit. Not even an apology. My wife did not even get a very big serving at all as she was not that hungry.

Then they had one of the cooks come out and ask us to leave because they could not count the money until we were gone. We did not feel welcome at all and only stayed a total of 20 minutes at the most.

Needless to say it will be a VERY long time before we would ever consider going back to this restaurant. I would rather drive to TCBY in Clemson after the way we were treated.

We had frozen yogurt which was pretty good. But the service was horrible. I think the owner Waited on us and she was just awful, didnt even acknowledge us. Acted as if it was annoying to wait on us. Maybe she should hire some friendly people to interact with the customers and she could stay in the back.

Today my husband and I went to Yogo Express. What a great meal we had. Freshly made cheese burger with the works! We ordered the combo and they gave us a 5 ounce yogurt to go with our meal. We were discussing how good the meal was, when the owner Scott came by and asked us how our meal was. Then we asked about the Philly cheese steak and he explained how he went to Philadelphia and spoke to the owners of where the original started. The put him in touch with the bakery so he is ordering their buns! We will return and have one of their "philly cheese steaks" sounds delicious.

We ordered delivery from the new West Union location and it was wonderful. Great service, easy online ordering and payment. We'll definitely be ordering again in the future!

Been here more than a dozen times, and will keep going during the nice warm days. Only complaint I can say is that the employees need more management presence. Always have about 10-12 favors of yogurt.

Yum!

Closed doors with no warning to my teenage daughter who worked for them. She showed up for her shift after school and the owners didn't even contact her to tell her not to come in. Out of business.

The food is good, and I lurve the self serve frozen yogurt!! The staff is either nice or not, but mostly seen like they have better things to do than wait on customers. Overall, it's a nice place to visit when it's not too busy.

I ordered a burger meal without the cheese. When I received the meal it had the cheese on it. I had my boy friend take the meal back up to get it corrected. The girl that served me had the nerve to tell my boyfriend that I ordered the meal with cheese. She then took it back to correct it. When she came back out to return it, the meal now had no fries. The owner claimed that there were no fries on it whenI he took it back which was a bold face lie . I was with my family so I did not want to make a scene in the middle of their meal, but once we were done I went back up to the front and talked to one of the workers because the owner had gone home already. I told this girl that she had just lost six customers because the owner had made such a big deal over a piece of cheese . Apparently they have never heard the saying "the customer is always right" . So a $.50 piece of cheese cost this joint six customers. Congratulations!!!

Been here three times. Once for the food which was over priced, slow getting it, and couldn't eat all of it because it was disgusting!
Second time for ice cream and milkshakes. Over $20 later for 3 adults and a toddler, we were almost done with our ice cream before the milkshake was ready.
Third time, ordered 2 strawberry and banana smoothies. $10 and literally 20 min later...bc the one other customer in the whole place ordered food, got our melted smoothie w/ no fruit, watered down, and tasted like pepto bismol. Bonus: nausea later.
Never again for ANY reason! !!
