My family and I were craving some frozen yogurt the other day and decided to visit Yogo Express. This was hands down one of the worst experiences we have ever had and quite frankly will affect my view on this establishment. We looked up their hours, which on their website stated they close at 9pm during the week. When we arrived they have a paper sign posted with Fall/Winter hours and as it would happen they close at 8pm during this season. The time of our arrival was 7:45pm.

All we wanted was some yogurt and as we had 10 minutes we went into the restaurant. The staff was very annoyed at our arrival and said little if anything at all to us. Their dining room had obviously been closed for quite awhile as it was blocked off. We asked if we could sit in there for a few minutes and were told by one employee as long as we did not make a mess we could. When we sat down however another employee stated we could not sit in there as they had just cleaned the dining room.

Then my wife's peppermint frozen yogurt turned out to be "fizzy." It had started to turn, so she took it up to one of the employees and let them know. The employee rudely took the yogurt tub from my wife and tossed it, saying only ok when my wife stated they might want to check that flavor to be sure it was still good, and walked away. She did not offer to replace the it, refund it or even a coupon good for a future visit. Not even an apology. My wife did not even get a very big serving at all as she was not that hungry.

Then they had one of the cooks come out and ask us to leave because they could not count the money until we were gone. We did not feel welcome at all and only stayed a total of 20 minutes at the most.

Needless to say it will be a VERY long time before we would ever consider going back to this restaurant. I would rather drive to TCBY in Clemson after the way we were treated.
