Good yogurt but terrible bubble tea. I paid for a warm, tasteless, watered down bubble tea.

Bought 2 regular sizes of frozen yogurt in "big" waffle cones. Size of the big waffle cone very small. Taste of the yogurt watery. Worst experience with Yogen Fruz in more than 20 years....

Wife and I got two drink from them. Mango green tea and honey green tea. It was really good. Tapioca was very and soft.

Always love the yogurt there XD might be a bit pricey , but the smoothie there are worth it

Had a matcha taro frozen yogurt with fresh strawberries and mochi on top. This was recommended by the guy working there as I wanted something unique and yummy.
I must say, this is so good.

Workers are friendly, a bit pricey but tasty. The strawberry frozen yogurt mixed with cheesecake bites make a very good combo :) definitely will come again.

Very good selection of flavors that you can use to build your own as well as a nice selection of premade froyo if you're too lazy to choose. The rose green tea one was really and also looks very pretty. Overall a good place to stop by while shopping for a slightly more expensive, premium snack.

The products themselves are fine (frozen yogurt and bubble tea) and the staff is usually poilte/nice. BUT, I find the pricing at this location to be extremely shady - they often overcharge you on flavors of the month (eg. why the hell is a small sized flavor of the month more expensive than a small sized everyday flavor?!) and basically charge you whatever they feel like on items not on the ~officially printed menu. I've noticed this twice now, and the last time a gentleman overcharged my order by $3! They also don't bother to give you breakdown receipts (only Interac/credit ones), AND you can't see what they're typing into the cash register -- so, it's pretty much impossible to tell if they are ripping you off in real-time. If you insist on going to the Promenade YF, ALWAYS DEMAND A BREAKDOWN RECEIPT and keep on eye on the prices. Due to this pricing/overcharging quackery, I'm not sure I will bother returning to this location.

Great service as always. They make some of the best bubble tea. Can customize however u like as long as they have the flavor u want. Ie: i asked if they can make a passionfruit honey dew and it was so delicious. Anf the pearls are so soft and tasty unlike the ones from tnt or freshly squeeze

Been to other locations but this location is by far the best one.Very accomodating and always prioritizes costumers needs. Great selection of bubble tea, frozen yogurts and toppings.

The frozen yogurt is edible (uneven and has ice chunks), but definitely AVOID the bubble waffles. They use PANCAKE BATTER and not even cooked through.

Would we come back? No.

Should you try? Maybe only the frozen yogurt.

Excellent customer service. Love the strawberry cheese cake frozen yogurt and the milk tea.
