The products themselves are fine (frozen yogurt and bubble tea) and the staff is usually poilte/nice. BUT, I find the pricing at this location to be extremely shady - they often overcharge you on flavors of the month (eg. why the hell is a small sized flavor of the month more expensive than a small sized everyday flavor?!) and basically charge you whatever they feel like on items not on the ~officially printed menu. I've noticed this twice now, and the last time a gentleman overcharged my order by $3! They also don't bother to give you breakdown receipts (only Interac/credit ones), AND you can't see what they're typing into the cash register -- so, it's pretty much impossible to tell if they are ripping you off in real-time. If you insist on going to the Promenade YF, ALWAYS DEMAND A BREAKDOWN RECEIPT and keep on eye on the prices. Due to this pricing/overcharging quackery, I'm not sure I will bother returning to this location.
