This place is a small gem in a quiet hamlet. I moved here two years ago and was never a strong yoga student UNTIL I found YogaSole. The atmosphere, variety, expertise and spirit have been woven into my everyday life. After losing 10 lbs in a year without even trying ... my body and mind thank me every day and I love just saying - You're Welcome!!

Love this place! Warm, welcoming community studio with a super friendly vibe. Setting is airy, sunlit, and calming. Great variety of classes and excellent yoga instructors. My favorite classes are the therapeutic and pain relief classes which have helped my back, shoulder and hip pain like nothing else I ve ever tried. No need to wear fancy yoga clothes the spirit of yoga and community is what people care about here. I started with a one-month pass 5 years ago and never left!
