Very cute hotel. Nice staff and the rooms are clean and modern. Bit small and dark but it s lovely and ideal for a busy Rome city break!

The bathroom is too narrow. Not even enough space to load. Pay Wi-Fi. There are not many kinds of breakfast, but it is reasonable.

My wife and I just recently visited the Yes Hotel, it was a place to stay. The front desk Agent were Great People to talk to; very helpful to all our questions, the room was clean , and the view was great. We recommend this hotel, it was very close to our favorite restaurant . Trattoria Grotta AMATRICIANA .

I honestly like this place because of the happy hour on Thursdays' evening. I wasn't lodged here but stopped by to see some friends and the staff indulged me in on a nice glass of wine and some great small chops.

I don't know how good a European hotel is but I didn't know it was good except for breakfast. It's a room on the first floor, and you have to check the door several times and the door opens and closes with all kinds of people. How many times you wake up to the sound of a room door open all night. The shower hose in the bathroom was inconvenient, and it would be great if it was air conditioned or hotel. I want to ventilate, but when I open the window on the first floor, pedestrians screamed and scared all night.

Good location, rooms a bit small but you only go there to sleep anyway. Breakfast was good enough to set you up for the day. Staff were nice.

Worried but satisfied. The staff is not very friendly but it feels like it's Zundere. The single room is small but I use it alone. What do you want to do? Breakfast is good and you can have juice or coffee at any time. Happy Hour is free during my stay. The room is clean. Mysteriously, cold water weakens the water pressure. The hot water comes out nicely, but it's too hot. I tried to check out the rate even though I paid. Anyway, willing to go next time. It is good because the mart is close.

Hotel quite new (or refurbished) and with very comfortable rooms. We have traveled with our 22 month old daughter and they put a crib (with clothes) in the room. Very attentive to all but without being heavy. Excellent location, 2 minutes from Termini (central station of Rome) and many bus stops that go to the tourist areas. Breakfast, buffet type, very complete and good. 100% recommended for quality / price.

Myself and husband had a 3 night stay in March 2018 lovely hotel,friendly staff who were very helpful, polite nothing to much trouble for them.spotlesly clean, rooms done everyday. Close to central termini so great for getting around we walked to colosseum,pantheon, trevi fountain and spanish steps all easily within 30 minutes walk .Great place to stay would highly recommend

I just returned from my first visit to Europe and must tell you that I was pleasantly suprised at with my one night stay at Yes Hotel. There were 6 of us and all 3 rooms were great. I've heard many stories about tiny hotel rooms in Europe and equally tiny bathrooms. Yes Hotel have put all those stories to rest. While the room is somewhat small, compared to US standards, it was wonderfully appointed and had a very spacious bathroom (small shower though). The morning breakfast was a great start to our day. The location is very close to Termini Station. I would definitely recommend the Yes Hotel to all who are looking for a convenient location and lovely decor.

There are three carriers but there are no carriers. One and a half carriers. The bathroom is a little bigger than other European hotels. It looks like it's Roma out but it's three days.

Yes Hotel is located a block away from Termini the rail station and is easy to get to by train or metro. The rooms are nice and clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, but the shower leaks on the floor quite a bit. The included breakfast is a fantastic spread of meats, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, and baked goods. It's wonderful to have this provided. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and have found the staff helpful when asked for reccomendations.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Rome, rooms where very nicely decorated and spotless. Good selection at breakfast and staff very helpful. Totally recommend this hotel.

Only issue is the temperature of the air conditioning at room cannot be directly regulated (inspite of thermostat) since it's centralized.

Great value for money! It is close to Termini (many transportation options), its interior is all renovated, has good breakfast and very friendly staff. The only negative point is that the bathroom stall is very small.

A friendly place to stop with good access to Metro. Clean room, excellent breakfast. Definitely stop again.

I used the hotel for 9 hours before going to Florence, it is late check-in, but please upgrade ... Breakfast is really delicious !!

Very clean, food delicious, can get tea & coffee on tap, friendly staff, not far from the termi train station/metro/ bus station or the local shops. The surrounding location where the hotel is looks very run down but to be honest, you shouldn't let it put you off as we went out at all times of the day from very early morning to early hours of the morning to very late at night/morning & felt very safe & the rough sleepers left us alone!

I have stayed at Yes Hotel many times. It is one block away from Termini Station which makes it the perfect location from which to see all the sites in downtown Rome. The rooms are good sized, very clean, the bathrooms are nice and all the staff members are very friendly. Yes Hotel is perfect for your stay in Rome!

Standard room is quite small but super comfortable. Bathroom with great bath and a very good heating. Breakfast very good. The location is privileged because it is very close to Termini train station and Subway which also has a market and several snack bars. At night being a central train station is a bit ominous. I do not recommend walking alone all over the region.

2 blocks from Termini

Location location location, very close to termini station around 6 minutes. We chose it because of its proximity to the train station and we have to get up early to get to the airport via Leonardo Expires train to the airport.

We got a room behind the breakfast area which is not too bad but it's considered basement as the room has no view to speak of, facing the basement of road next to train station.

It is the second time that we have stayed, and, the reception, the cleanliness, the comfort, in general honorary enrollment is still spectacular.

Hotel with central location to the main train station Roma Termini (only a few minutes away), but still quiet. Very friendly check-in and check-out. The rooms are small, but equipped with a TV (and international channels), air conditioning (quite loud) and a small fridge.
The noises made by the other guests in the hallway were a bit annoying.
But everything was clean and in order. The breakfast buffet is rich and good for Italian standards!

Average and budget hotel, for a short stay it's just fine, clean room even if not very bright in terms of external light in my case.
The bathroom fan is annoying, very noisy and cannot be turned off by a switch as in some structures, especially at night, very annoying for guests.

A stone's throw from Termini, small but pleasant rooms. Very clean. Fair price given the location. The breakfast was a bit poor in choice, and the night we arrived in our room we found only towels for one person and a single bottle of shampoo. The staff at the Reception, extremely helpful and kind, however, recover the negative traits. You can leave your luggage on the day of departure if you have time for one last ride.

It was great staying here, the place is spotless. The staff are very helpful and attentive, the food was great too. The location was perfect for us and our exploration of Rome. The one small down side to the hotel is the area is situated could to with bit of a clean up and renovation as most of Rome does, but it's an ancient city i guess, but that shouldn't reflect bad on the hotel at all. I will be revisiting Rome and intend staying at this hotel again. Maybe some tea and coffee making facilities in the room would make this hotel even better!

Excellent hotel, very clean and organized, very central as a location, very kind and kind staff.

The room was not narrower than I expected and the room was cleaned every day. The heating was controlled from the center, and the heater came out every few hours and turned off. The location of the room may be slightly different depending on the location of the main building and the annex. Shower booth is small and drainage is slow. It is near the cathedral and the bell sounds every hour. It was convenient to station and station within five minutes.

First it's not a luxury hotel and the reception looks very small. But everything works it's clean and the room was nice. We had a four bed room that was nice and quiet. Extremely quiet would I even say. The beds was to hard for our taste but that aside was it well worth the money.

Labyrinthine, but clean, fresh, silent. Very kind staff and real Rome atmosphere.

Hotel has everything you can expect, good beds, friendly people and a reasonable breakfast with good coffee. On the day you check out you can leave the suitcases at the hotel.

Friendly, knowlegeable and supportive staff. Clean rooms serviced every day. Bar open 24 hours. Coffee and other dronks available in dining room 24 hours. Free drink and canapes at 7.00pm each night. Good breakfast woth good range of alternatives. All you can eat. Lots of restaurants etc within 5 or 10 minutes walk including burger barrs and traditional Italian food. 15 monutes walk from Central station ( Rome termini ). Some of the reports on here don't reflect my experience of this nice hotel.

Just a nice little friendly hotel. Very clean and well looked after. Alls that it lacked was hot drink making facilities in the rooms. Breakfast could be improved, but it's free so can't really complain.

In January 2020 we reserved 3 days for early June 2020.
Following Covid-19 our flight was canceled between Montreal and Rome for my wife and two daughters.
After several attempts to cancel with booking.com and directly with Hotel Yes, we have only received cancellation requests at no cost. The only hotel on our 3 week itinerary that is also shown to be incomprehensible, and stingy.
At 960 CAD for 3 nights, we are extremely disappointed.

Near the Termini station, within walking distance, clean hotel, friendliness, good breakfast. The only drawback: in the room there is no bidet!

Stayed at Yes hotel while in Rome with my wife. Yes Hotel is close to the Termini train station so you can get to any where and back from your hotel easily. Nice bars and resturants in the surrounding local area. Room was clean and comfortable and cleaned daily, Staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed with the family of 4 four. Nice and clean with okey breakfast. But don't expect a full hotel experience. The brakfast is in a small and crowded room and just acceptable for selection. Still it is centrally located and the room was clean and in good shape. Taking the into account how much we payed is it maybe a four.

Hotel was perfect for our short stay period, staff were warm & friendly. Food was great and plenty to choose from. Nothing was too much of an issue. A special thank you to the staff whom provided me with a room facility following check-out, as I was suffering from sunstroke and needed to rest prior to my flight home - this was greatly appreciated! Thank you and hope to visit Rome again, soon.

I've been there in 2015 and it was the best experience I had in my whole life! I spent there the best days of my life. excellent location, close to every important sight seeing places in Rome, so close to termini station where you can take the metro to any place in Rome or train to any where in Italy. Very good breakfast and very helpful staff. I'm dreaming of going back again.

Wonderful. Room was great. Happy hour was a free glass of Prosecco. Breakfast was truly amazing.

Stayed one night at Hotel Yes en route to Tuscany and thought it was good, no luxury, but the room was very clean with everything you needed in it, it feels very safe too, very nice and helpful staff, quite ok breakfast, cheap, very close to termini, the only one i liked is that one hears everyone who walks in the room and when the doors are closed your door fights off the airspace, otherwise good, will be there again in the future.

It is small and clean hotel which is advantage which is near from terimini station. However, the room is narrow and the WiFi signal is rather weak. Service and breakfast were satisfactory. Recommended nearby.

Ideal location, very near metro and hop-on hop-off buses (which are perfect for the main attractions). Rooms small, but excellent ensuite, we had family room for 4 - no space for luggage but comfortable. Clean and has a quality feel to it. The breakfast was suprisingly good. There's an excellent restaurant (Dell'OMO) around the corner, probably the best one we ate at, family run, quality food.

It is a good hotel very close to terms, so with all transport (metro and bus) available. It's small, renovated and clean, above the average of the 3 stars in the area. Some faults are the small rooms (even if comfortable), the lack of a good espresso or bar cappuccino at breakfast (there is only the self-service machine) and the bells of the nearby church that ring at 7 o'clock (luckily I I got up earlier ...)

very close to the termini- under 5 mins walk , its badly signposted so look out as you walk up the street for a large hotel milani sign , yes hotel is opposite to that. rooms were clean and tidy with working a/c and a large flat screen tv that had a couple of english channels . breakfast was okay with a small selection of cold meats , cheese. bread , cereal .fruit etc . staff on the desk were very keen to please and spoke perfect english

Location is great near railway, metro or bus stations. Rooms are clean maybe small but Rome is outside to explore. Breakfast could be better as fresh food had a wired taste.
