Terrible customer service. Investment officers are dishonest, disorganised and unwilling to help customers. Investments aren t paid out upon maturity. There seems to be no accountability as agreements are made but never honoured with no supervision or oversight from top management. Honestly one of the worst experiences I ve had with any company investments or otherwise. Wouldn t recommend them if they were the last finance firm in the country. Absolutely terrible company right from senior management down to the employees. A one star review is honestly generous.

These folks are so annoying and such wasters of one's time. You will need to have time to spare before you come to a place to transact your business. Terrible customer services and they have funny stories to when you want return on your investments. Anyone who wants to conduct serious business or invest their monies shouldn't bother coming to these people. Liars!!

Worst customer service I have come across. For over 4 months now I ve been chasing money deposited with them. No one ever calls you back. They are very fraudulent in their dealings and I will not recommend this institution to anyone at all.

NDk financial services housed in the OMANYE-ABA emporium building. Licensed by the bank of Ghana to operate as a financial institution.

Absolutely the worst service you can imagine. Account managers are under no obligation to return your calls or let you when you'd get your money. I thought the other guy was being dramatic/extra with his review, he wasn't.

Very poor customer service. The staff are very unprofessional and unreliable. NDK financial services does not honour its agreements and only provides one excuse after the other. Would not recommend this financial institution to anyone.
