Pathetic Interview Process.

I was interviewed for a position X also we had CTC discussions initially coz its a STARTUP. Thereafter i was assigned to do a task, then manager round went well. The overall process took a week to complete. After clearing all the rounds and document verification, no response from HR for a week. Upon following-up now HR says "Our budget is minimum, we cant offer the expected CTC" which they agreed to offer before starting the interview process. Please make sure to get clearance on CTC's before starting the interview process with these guys.

Very Ugly and arrogant attitude of your sales personal. Asked about business model very rude way she explained. Even failed to convince on why rates are exponential high. Very disappointed with overall attitude of sales representative.

Need to improve on that else you will loose more prospect leads in coming days.... She missed to call by one day as per scheduled appointment time. On top she wants us to wait for 2 days so that there other team will connect. Sorry there are other companies who have very strong and good sales force to handle leads on high priority.

Interview process is bad and they don't get back after interview.

Really waste of time to attending the interview.. Just for name sake they taking the interview.. There is no work hr and other people there so they taking the interview..!!
