One of the best hotels in Avaz. Great service, great service, great restaurant. Among the shortcomings: a little expensive, and the wifi speed is unstable.

5 star luxury on the shore of the Caspian Sea. Likely the best accommodations in the area. It wouldn't be out of place as an upscale lodge on Lake Minnetonka, MN. We visited during the off season (Sept, 2015) and it was fairly empty. The pools (indoor and outdoor) were beautiful, as was the restaurant. The beach was unattractive, more like a lake than a real ocean beach. I'm writing this 12 months late, but we seem to remember limited internet access, although we never experienced unrestricted access anywhere in the country. At best we could send/receive a few e-mails

Awaza itself was nice, but like the hotel it was very quiet while we were there. Although I've read reviews ridiculing the concept of the resort city, talking to the people there it was designed for residents of Turkmenistan, not foreigners, and it can be full in the summer. The country, despite being a dictatorship, seems to be run on the Singapore or Brunei model, where all the wealth isn't hidden in Switzerland but used, at least partially, for infrastructure improvements. So it seems like a possibility the resort is a local success.

You feel comfortable and free. The food is also very tasty, the fried ravioli is scrumptious.

They do not monitor the beach; moreover, sun loungers and umbrellas are paid, despite the fact that we are residents of a suite. The service is lame, everything is done very slowly and not neatly. The price per day is too high, while the prices for all kinds of entertainment are insane, and then, apart from scooters, practically nothing works. The cuisine and decoration of the hotel are good. The waiters of the restaurant are polite and friendly people, the security is not responsible. And it s a pity that this was all. I give three stars for the hotel.

Good facilities for food, swimming, music, bar & party halls.

Elken Yacht Club Hotel with high self-esteem. The reception is friendly, responsive but with time delays. The rooms are clean if you don't look under the bed. The choice at breakfast is small, the main thing is everything is fresh. The kitchen is lame, the food is not very tasty. I wish you change for the better in 2019. The pool is clean with warm water, sauna and fitness are included in the room rate, which was a pleasant surprise. The massage is useless, the masseurs are on the payroll and honestly do not want to work. Tourists spoiled by Turkish hotels will be disappointed with this hotel. Feels solid 3. Thank you for your attention.

A great place for couples, family or friends, you just need to stock up on money, but here it's better from the morning as they say "buffet" pool and inside and outside, spa, massage is all for free to guests and there steam room and sauna for children also have a pool and the biggest swimming pool also has a children's area further down the list. ALL Turkish Turkish cottages are cool, a gym, two football and tennis fields I recommend HERE miracles are happening (especially tasty cocktails ) this hotel deserves 5 stars

Great place to stay. The food is very tasty. Calm music in the main building is always uplifting. The service is top notch. San nodes are the cleanest, though already a bit old. Walking through the huge, well-groomed territory of the yacht club is also a great pleasure. You can meet a lot of foreigners, communicating with whom you can understand that they also like Elken very much and it is very nice

One of the most beautiful places I can recommend in Avaza. The environment is beautiful especially the service is excellent. I recommend it to everyone.

The impressions are contradictory. It seems chic and right away there are a number of improvements. Expensive pompous and tasteless. The territory is huge. Pools. Beaches. Greenery. The rooms are not impressive: the furniture is well from second-hand expensive rubbish. The carpet is shabby. There is no kettle. There is a fungus on the walls. If you only spend the night it will do.
