Prestige Pre-Owned has the best service I have ever received. I had been having problems with my car and had taken it to 3 different places before I took it here. The other shops would be going around the bush, not telling me exactly what was wrong with my car, and couldn't really explain the problems. They were trying to charge me so much to fix my car as well for something they said they weren't even sure would guarantee my car would be fixed and good to drive for a while. One shop wanted to charge me $2500 and the other 2 between $1200-1600. When I took it here chris helped me out with everything and he automatically gave me a rental car to use in the meantime, kept me updated and informed me of the problems my car had thoroughly and answered all of my questions. He was so nice and kept me updated throughout the process of them having my car in the shop. They also only charged me under $1000 compared to the overcharge the other places who were just trying to take advantage. Chris and his team were amazing and so helpful!! Definitely recommended them to Everyone and will be a long time customer with them from here on out! Thank you Prestige Pre-Owned!!!

Car buying is a big expense and can often be anxiety ridden. Anthony at Prestige Pre Owned is knowledgeable, amenable and makes the whole buying process pressure free and supportive. Cars are well priced and high quality. Thankful for Anthony and I'm loving my 'new' car. 5 star service for sure!

I was in the market for an AWD SUV, hoping to trade in my 2011 Ford Edge. I was shopping for a Subaru, but came across a Porsche at a different dealership; needless to say that dealer did not get my business, but Prestige did!

The shopping and buying process was so much more delightful at Prestige than at other dealers. We were able to: search (on Craigslist), call to verify the car was still available (spoke to Anthony Laden), test drive the Porsche from the listing, and go through the trade-in process, and complete our purchase all in less than 3 hours.

The whole staff were welcoming, pleasant, and very easy to work with. There was no hardball, no intimidation, and no waiting game. Every aspect of my transaction was easy and straightforward. We would absolutely buy from them again.

This was an awesome experience, being we just purchasd our 2nd car. These guys are super knowledgeable, easy going. Chris&George are nice. No issues with our purchase, and they call after every service. Very personable and no gimmicks. Thank you a million. Love my car, and the experience.

i recently purchased a Toyota SR5 the SUV i have been looking for. Chris and his team are awesome to work with. they helped me out on all levels to get my into this SUV in days and you can tell working with these guys they know their stuff and actually care about making their customers happy and feel great about the purchase. Walking off a new car dealers lot you always feel like you are just another piece of meat, at Prestige you are working with genuine people and that have the old school values, honesty, integrity and trust. For any one that is looking to purchase a vehicle i highly suggest going to these guys.

Chris and the staff are genuine and truly care for their customers. I have done business with them on a couple occasions and I have always felt comfortable, which seems to never happen with any other dealer. They spent extra time to make sure my used car needs were addressed and I was satisfied with my purchases. Overall, the purchasing process was smooth and easy and I didn't have to spent a day sweating it out in an office with overbearing sales people.

We were looking for a new truck for a few months. We had a specific make and model in mind. We also had a specific trim package we wanted. We had been to many dealerships and salesmen. I was honestly about to give up and wait a while. But we found the truck at Prestige. Not only was Anthony honest and nice throughout the process he also had a fantastic attitude. The process was fast and hassle free. He also followed up with us a week after we bought the car. I can t reccomend Prestige enough. If they don t have what you re looking for they will find it!

Great experience working with Anthony! I saw the car online and flew in to buy it. I was extremely happy with the car and the service they provided. They were very helpful and transparent throughout the entire process, even delivered the car where I had set up a pre-purchase inspection. All in all I feel like they went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with the sale coming in from out of state. I love my Bimmer and I would buy from them again!

I recently purchased a vehicle from here, and must say that I extremely impressed with Chris and Anthony's work ethic, communication, and professionalism. I live in Minneapolis and purchased the vehicle unseen, they both were extremely helpful with the interstate purchase process, went out of their way to help with all questions, and to make sure I knew as much as they did about the vehicle.

We bought my 2011 Cadillac DTS in November...a birthday present! A week ago I called them and told them that the sun roof was leaking. Chris immediately said that they would take care of it! Two months after I purchased the car. They drove up to Healdsburg with a loaner for me to drive while they sent my car to their auto body shop. In just a few days they called and said they had cleaned the runners that were clogged with debris. I am extremely pleased with their courteousness and willingness to go the extra mile to make their customers happy.
