I used to be a happy customer I've never missed or been late with my payments and till this day I'm gonna keep making them on time but they honestly lost my respect because they don't hold up to there word it's sad cus this is the way to lose customers they shouldn't mention send a friend and get a referral check for $100 and they put their standards that after they have received a third payment they would give you the referral check and that's usually a month and half well I've been waiting 7 months and I feel like I'ma be waiting an eternity I understand the lady who gives the checks was on maternity leave but it's been like 8 months like come on we've all had children but 8 months is a little exaggerating all she gonna do is sit down and sign checks and hand them out DON'T PROMISE OR SIGN ALONG WITH ME ON A PAPER WHICH I HAVE FO PROOF THAT I WOULD RECIEVE MY REFERRAL BONUS AFTER THE THIRD PAYMENT AND THEN NOT GIVE IT OUT LIKE AGREED IM SORRY BUT KARMA SEES EVERYTHING AND EVEN THOUGH Y'ALL BEING GREEDY NOT WANTING TO PAY CUS ITS ALOT OF PPL Y'ALL DOING THIS TOO YOUR NOT ALWAYS GONNA BE BLESSED YA WILL GETS YALLS IN THE LONG RUN ALWAYS KEEP YOUR WORD ESPECIALLY IF YOU SIGNED AND DAVID THE SALEMAN HE IS A VERY FRIENDLY A GREAT GUY THE ONLY THING POSITIVE I HAVE TO SAY TO THE OWNERS OF YATES BROTHERS Y'ALL SHOULD LEARN A THING CALLED HONESTY TRUST ME YOU'LL LIVE BETTER AT PEACE

No call backs. Jacked the price up two grand in a deal that was already done. Tried to manipulate what car I bought according to what they wanted. Totally unprofessional and they don't care.

Manager told man to hold a car for me..but person before me was test driving..i lost a car i wanted because of prejudice...i really wanted that car....not fair

Went to this dealership not thinking i was buy anything just wanted to check out a truck and they were so kind and easy to work with i ended up taking tge truck home David will take care of you.

The sales person was great, got me in a car no problem. Was very happy.

I would not recommend this place. The vehicles they sell you are trash. Had a problem the first day and they will not fix the problem.

Got me in a nice car with the quickness something went wrong with it but they fixed it within 2 days an worked with me on the payments....Salesman was cool an down to earth...Has a nice varitey of cars as well..

I wouldn't trust that place, It's better to go somewhere else!

These people are our total scam artist who will tell you anything that you want to hear to get you in the car. They lie about everything that they say and they do not hold to their word on anything. They get their mechanics to rig cars to look like they are working and maybe drive well for 25 to 50 miles and then they break down but they will not help you get them fixed and they still want their payments. Do not go here unless you are ready to be scammed or have a good attorney.

Grimmey disrespectful manipulative condescending employees highly recommend H.E.B auto sales they re wonderful have way better cars and much lower payments reguardless of credit PLEASE don t waste your money with these people they will rob you for whatever you lease from them they make it to where you can not finish paying for your vehicle.
