Excellent. Everything was delicious. Especially the watermelon with waffle and chicken. Must get
I'd shove a stranger down a flight of stairs for a plate of Yardbird fried chicken.
I'm not really sure where to start here...
The food here is absolutely amazing. Everything we ordered was damn near perfect. The meats & cheese was awesome, everything complimented perfectly. The chopped salad had the perfect amount of dressing (on the lighter side).
The chicken is made excellently, the sauces are very tasty, the restaurant leaves a pleasant impression of everything. recommended to visit
Had the chicken sandwich...took my first bite, woah. The chicken looked dark pinkish but the quickly realized it wasn t chicken breast and the that was the seasoning. The chicken itself was tough, almost seemed off and old. Threw that away and only ate the chips, those were quite good. I got a side of pickles and pickles...you know, need to have that nice semi sweet-acidic taste, these tasted nothing like pickles but more of whatever they used to ferment them.
Wonderful experience. Vibe was great, our server was amazing and the food was on point. Great way to celebrate my birthday and end my short trip to LA.
Good food. The menu flagged the vegetarian options, but the staff seemed to confuse vegan with vegetarian.
The food is above average. But not finger licking good. The quantities are way too much for someone like me. True American portions. The team member looking after us was friendly but distant. They seemed to be short staffed. The salads were good. The asparagus lacked salt and was almost charred. Limited choice of wines but we liked the Italian one that we tried.
The quality of service they provided was amazing! Saving this restaurant's contact numbers for reservations was ideal for me. They strive to provide us the best service that exceeds our expectations. No hidden charges compared to others! I will never look for another place again for sure. I will surely come back!
food with real quality ingredients. certainly worth going back to.
My service was not good. We had to get our own cutlery and side plates. The server didn t take our drink order, and the food wasn t as good as the price would lead you to believe.
There is a happy hour
It seems to be from 15:00 to 18:00 on weekdays
I was guided to the table when I went 10 minutes before 18:00
When I asked, "Are we happy yet?" I answered "Of course " but I was asked if it would be a counter but not a table.
Of course we are OK! !
By Happy Hour End Two dishes for five drinks We asked for three happy hour meal menus
Other I asked for a drink after the happy hour with a lobster at the market price (about 5000 yen for this day).
The total was around 17000 yen (including various tax tips)
The happy hour was less than 1000 yen for all drinks and snacks.
It was delicious but I was used to Japanese sense
I felt high at all even at Happy Hour
It is connected with parking lot and is convenient
They have an amazing $7 happy hour with cocktails, wine, beer and food. The regular menu looks good too.
Deliciously decadent! Plan on having left overs or maybe split some things, because the portions are not skimpy. Everyone loved their meals and drinks. Very cool ambiance and music, lovely staff.
Best fried chicken with other great options on the menu. Great drinks and great service.
Love their food. The chicken is terrific and not greasy, yet juicy. Great with the honey hot sauce. brunch and donut tree is fun, and the fried green tomatoes with pimiento is fantastic
This place is my favorite place. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this place. Whenever I I need a proper lunch, this place comes instantly to my head. exeptionalgorgeous and diverse food and a large list of dishes.helpful team, and good atmosphere. In addition to that, the cost is reasonable. I suggest this place with great pleasure.
Decent Chinese seafood restaurant located in the heart of Chinatown SF. The garlic noodles here are hands down the best garlic noodles in all of SF. The other traditional dishes are also pretty good, but nothing that really stood out like the noodles. I would if you're in the area and this is what you're in the mood for then go for it. If you're up for the drive, I would recommend Golden Crab House over R&G any day tho, just saying.
Upscale southern food with delicious cocktails. Their fried chicken is the main event and certainly delivers. The ribs are also a showstopper. All the sides are pretty good, but I really enjoyed the collards.
Excellent vibes and super attentive service. The menu was fresh and delightful. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends. Fair prices and big portions. Good job.
When my brother's friend suggested that we meet him up at some place sounding like we were in for another night of "Pizza," I was like, well ok...I guess...
Definitely a place worth trying, the food is great and fresh, the cost is affordable and it is regularly well kept in here. Keep it up.
I just enjoy their food. I always get awesome customer service here. The place is well organised and the employees are always nice. I highly recommend this place.
Great food! Thanks to our server who informed us of the foods fried in pork fat and those including alcohol as these aren t in our diets. The food was delish! The hush puppies and biscuits...OMG! DELISH!!!
The Yardbird offers a great take on southern comfort dining specializing in chicken and waffles. The recent roll out of their Dine LA is a great opportunity try newly added menu items like pear salad, pork chop and strawberry shortcake. The hummingbird cake is an absolute must. The staff and service are the most attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Bring your appetite.
Our first time at Yardbird & celebrating my amazing friends 50th Birthday. Five stars for Tressa, she's the reason we stayed to dine. Tressa needs top waitress award or promote to be manager. She was absolutely wonderful, smiling, helpful, knows the menu and the history, answered all of our questions. Especially mine lol , food was great I wish the chicken was spicer, lived the biscuit with pepper jelly. The manager Gangie stopped by and he was very southern hospitality and great sense of humor. Gangie thanks for the Wild Turkey Bourbon Loved the ambiance, music, very clean restaurant and especially very clean bathrooms. Our favorite part of our meal and experience was TRESSA, thank you so much for your wonderful, kind personality and service. God Bless
Fun place with wonderful food and drinks. We had the Lewellen Fried Chicken which was crispy in the outside while moist and tender inside. Best fried chicken we've had in a long time! Of course, the hush puppies, short ribs and even the cauliflower where outstanding. Staff was very friendly and helpful too. The manager went completely out of his way to do a fantastic handcrafted coffee liquour because they didn't have Kahlua for one of the guests. Now *that* is service!
The food was great but one of our servers messed up our bill by not listening to direct instructions on dividing up all payments with cash and credit cards. That put a damper on the event but the food was GREAT! Will definitely visit again but with a more 'with it' waitress. Listening is fundamental.
The biscuits with apple jelly were GOOD! I love to splurge on a meal once in a while and this restaurant didn't disappoint. The portions were generous and the fried chicken was not greasy and perfectly tender. I will be coming back.
Went at lunch, ordered food. Fries were good. Lemonade was super tasty. Brisket sandwich my friend ordered, he said was good. Can't wait to try dinner.
This is a beautiful restaurant with a modern LA twist on southern classics. They have some outdoor seating but it is on a busy street. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is fun and trendy and they have a large private room in the back for private parties. The food is delicious. We started off with spicy watermelon cubes which were to die for. We also ordered the Nashville hot chicken. The ranch is straight out of heaven and the chicken is cooked perfectly and falls apart. They have hot sauce and bourbon maple syrup on the side which both give your sandwich a new twist. I also ordered the po-boy and was told it was with shrimp, but when it came out it was catfish, which I'm not a fan of, so our server took it off our bill with no hassle. Would definitely come back!
Me and my friends met up here for a late lunch while I was visiting town. The Blackberry Bourbon drink was great. We all got the YardBird chicken sandwich and my friend got the hot one. The fries were so good I ate every last one of them! All of the food and drinks were great! The place is pretty family friendly out on the patio area. I will say that our server would kind of forget about us from time to time and also forgot to give us silverware and napkins before our food came out. We had be sitting for a while before we were ready to order since we were waiting on our friend to join.

Park in the Beverly Center.
Go during happy hour, periodt. I don't know if I'd pay full price for this food.
I got the chicken and rib biscuits - they were excellent during happy hour and honestly with someone that has a small appetite this was perfect. Honestly the biscuits and a drink are a great dinner.
Not super fan of the shrimp during happy hour. I'd skip it. Go for the fried chicken instead. <3 Enjoy, bar seating free for all, had plenty of seats when I went on a weekday during happy hour.
The brunch menu has the best chicken and waffles I've ever had. The spicy watermelon, was a comical touch, but not at all bad.
the service is great. the food is great . me and my sister went here for brunch and they keep the mimosas COMING !
Food was ok not great, over priced. Server was pushy and didnt really know the menu. I would pass
Service was very slow, the food was just ok and over priced.
Well let me just say that our expectations were high due to our great experience at the Yardbird in Miami. The manager there told us that this one at the Beverly Center was opening and we couldn't wait to try it. It is weird to have fried chicken be expensive but it is worth it. Or at least the one in Miami. The waffles with the chicken were soggy and everything seemed like they dumped salt on it. The food was equally as disappointing as the service. The thing that made the Yardbird in Miami better was how we were treated by the staff. I would imagine that since it is in the south, there is innate charm in their employees. Not so much on the westside. Our waiter really made us feel like we were bothering him for the smallest request. It was really a bummer because it was my wife's birthday and we have been planning on it for a while. But the experience was tainted by the service and the food was not worth the price. In our week stay in Miami we went 3 times. It would be more likely that we go to the one in Miami before we give this one a try again. The only thing that makes this stand out is that you are overpaying for fried chicken. Go get some Chic-fa-la and go have a picnic.
this place has a cool design. wish it was closer to my house, i would come every week.
Started off with the Gunsmoke cocktails, devil eggs and spiced watermelon Some of the best must have appetizers I the place. Dinner was right on par to make for a lovely evening
Our server Nick made the experience even more of a joy as he was fun and gracious. Very cool.
Outstanding southern food, coming from a southern boy.
Yardbird's first LA location does not disappoint! My friends and I ate here tonight and absolutely loved the food. Specifically, the brussel sprouts and the fried chicken (their specialty). The brussel sprouts were crispy and sweet, peeled into thin layers like potato chips. We shared the half-chicken between three people, which was enough food along with a salad and some sides.
We did experience a few service issues, including the wrong food coming to the table and our table not being ready despite a reservation, but the restaurant is only 3 weeks old, and the management took care of the issues for us to our satisfaction.
This is my "go-to" bar and southern resataurant. The staff is so friendly, always making us feel like family. The fried chicken is to die for, and they have some great happy hour specials. Definitely stop in for some good chicken and waffles, and family feeling environment.
Attack of the nice decor!
A cheap trick, sucking you in for an overpriced, and disappointing meal. Yard Bird offers disappointing portions and average food, at a hefty price. So if your into visuals over substance.. check it out, you re Insta followers will love it..
Very welcoming! Excellent food, professional and attentive service.
I ate there for brunch on 4/21 and the food was all that ...grade A....spiced watermelon was over the top! Had only been open 2 weeks !
Love this spot. The manager was everything! Super personality, sharp dresser and so awesome. The food was delicious love the selection. The vibe and atmosphere
Absolutely delicious food and outstanding and friendly service! Two of us shared the half fried chicken, roasted Brussels sprouts, and the Mac and cheese. We also both had sweet tea served in mason jars. Our waitress and another server were so friendly and nice. The ambience is a casual and comfortable. Funny note - we heard about this restaurant from Drew Carey when we attended a taping of the Price is Right. He said it was the best fried chicken in LA. Thanks Drew!
I came during Super Bowl to get down on some chicken and beer. I checked in with the host and waited patiently for a first come first serve seat and was able to grab one behind the bar. Then I waited 25 minutes. I looked to wait staff to order and was avoided, I finally asked both the host and waiter if I could order and got a yeah, we ll be by to help you ...except no one ever came. I left for a bar down the street and had much better service.
Amazing place! St. Louis ribs were outstanding! Brussel sprouts were the best. Great food and great service.
The chicken and waffles are great but a little bit overpriced. I guess that is what you get when you are in beverly center and have a great location and great ambiance...
Thanks for the best meal I have had since the shutdown in March. Even better than the last time I was there. I wish the staff and team much success in these difficult times!
Popcorn shrimp was good...the chicken n waffles weren't the best. My chicken was on the dry side, and I wouldn't recommend the batter used for the waffles. The syrup had a liquor flavor that some may like, but I didnt care for it...everyone at my table of 6 loved the watermelon chunks that come with it except me...but i dont care for warm or seasoned fruit...everyone liked the mac n cheese, especially the lobster mac...the waitress could have been way better and checked on us more...we had to wait a lot for things and the place was not packed at all (we did a department lunch)...the biscuits with butter n jelly were great. I would go back and try something else...for chicken n waffles, stick with Roscoe's.
The service was awesome ! The food was pretty good although small portions for my hungry hubby .... I want to try it again ... so many things that sound yummy
Delicious place. Prices are $15 and higher a la carte
Great ambiance - Great food - Free Valet (with validation)
This was our first meal in Vegas on this trip. I wasn't super hungry so ordered a salad with fried chicken on it. Soooooo good, fresh ingredients and the dressing was on point! But HUGE!!! I really thought it was just going to be a smaller salad, surprise!! Hubby ordered the chicken and waffles. The waiter brought and extra plate in case I wanted some too glad he did! The seasoning and flavor in all of their food is sooo good.
The best spicy chicken wings I've ever had. And I've had my fair share. The biscuits are light and fluffy, the waffles are light and flavorful. Might be my new date night spot.
Just not that great. Probly the worst burger I've ever paid 18$ for. Need to step it up if you ask me and my friend. Next time we will just get In N Out.
Bit pricy but excellent tasting food and super service.
To start the food was good and probably above average. But the sizes were a lot smaller than we expected them to be especially after we looked at the prices. 36$ for Fried Chicken with a waffle and watermelon seemed quite much. And when we got our plates there wasn't much on them. Overall we paid 130$ for lunch for 4 people (we didn't order any appetizers, desserts or alcoholic beverages) and were still hungry after we left. We probably would have needed to pay twice as much in order to be full. The sweet tea wasn't sweet at all and also 6$. The burger and fries we ordered didn't come with any dipping sauce. And after we got our food no waiter walked by us untill we were finished with the food. All of that is not the Southern Kitchen I encountered when I moved to the US. Overall there is nothing that justifies the prices in that restaurant. That's the main reason for the 1 star.
Took my friend for her birthday. We both had the best time. The food was great and the service great... its a little pricy but definitely worth the try!
Another nice meal at Yardbird. No complaints. The dishes are very good (and very (very) rich). The perfect service. Beautiful decoration, good music. Decent and correct prices for this type of restaurant.
Charles was very knowledgeable and had some great recommendations. Look forward to coming back to try some bourbon recommendations he has. The brisket biscuit was amazing. Can t say enough good things about it. We came during brunch hours, but Charles still helped us out, letting us order the chicken sandwich and it was so juicy and had the right amount of kick to it!
I've known about this place for years... in high school it was one of the standard go-to places for homecoming/winter formal/prom (if you were smart enough to get reservations early enough). It is still a great date location all these years later.
This restaurant charges for reservations and a birthday desert will cost you we paid $25 for a peach cobbler. Watch out for hidden charges. Diners beware!
