Excellent food and friendly servers for a good price

Our first time here, was great! Didn't see any dead flies like that crazy person saw. I think they probably brought the dead flies with them. Excellent food, staff and accommodations.

Very good homestyle food served hot and with a smile. The servers keep your coffee cup full also! Relaxing atmosphere and great prices.

This place was very good. M boyfriend even shared his bacon with me and he never does that! Lol

The food and atmosphere were very good. But, I saw the cook out in the dining area with his gloves on and touching things and then stuck a finger in his EAR to scratch THEN went back to the stove, reach down, got a handful of food and dropped it in the fryer. DISGUSTING!!!

Absolutely terrible service by the Hostess!!!! Went to dinner at 8:00pm. Only three tables of customers. All the servers were standing at counter talking to each other with the hostess. We seated ourselves at a table only to realize it was dirty and had to be cleaned off. After being ignored by the hostess, Mike the cook came over and said hello and I asked him to get us a watress. Finally the hostess moseyed on over with place settings. When we told her the tabled needed cleaned.she was dismissive, copped an attitude and walked away. One very lame Hostess with no work ethic just wondering around the restaurant for show in a daze. There are plenty of restaurants with good service around Vienna, Yankee Kitchen aint one of them. A seat yourself no service restaurant disaster.

Friendly service. Great food! Spaghetti comes out plentiful, hot, al dente and with plenty of sauce. Prices are amazing. Can't compare to any other diners we've been to!

Great service good food wish other restaurants were even half as good had water and coffee within a couple minutes of being seated area restaurants should send their staff there to see how To do a good job and keep customers happy can't say enough good things about this place I don't know what happened to this place but for some reason they are not getting clean silverware three times in as many weeks we have gotten dirty silverware with chunks of food burned by the dishwasher on to it told the hostess she saw it took them gave us new Harry made things right but when were leaving the hostess asked if you think it's so dirty why don't you just go somewhere else my reply is this we will not be willing to take that so we. Now go to KRAVITZ food and service just as good and you don't have to eat someone else's food or be treated badly

This place is a great breakfast spot. You get a lot of food and the atmosphere is similar to an old school diner. Very friendly staff and cheap in price. They only accept cash, just a heads up!

Great food, great prices and good service. The only sad thing is it looked like they cut the chicken breast in half for chicken parmesan because it was so much thinner than it was before. You used to get a nice thick piece of breaded chicken breast. This was always my stand by order but not any more since they cut it now. Also they have great chili, nice and thick the way I love it and not too spicy. I have been coming to this restaurant for 20 years and I love it. Try it, you will love it too!

Fantastic. I have been coming here for breakfast for a long time and am always more than pleased with the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. Tonight I finally got my first go at dinner. The bacon cheeseburger was outstanding. A real mouthful and packed with homemade goodness!

A great "Locals" place. Food is very good and prices are good as well. This is a hidden Gem. Usually busy but usually a table to be had as well. The Breakfast Skillets are excellent and the portions are large, same goes for there omelets as well. Is clean and everyone is pretty nice. As diners go, this one is great.

Yankee kitchen is a cult classic around Vienna area and beyond. Great food, classic setting. It's a mom and pop place that gets busier than most Denny's or Perkins! If you go on a Sunday morning or even early afternoon hours be ready to wait for a table, as the place will be packed. Trust me though, it's well worth the wait.

The cost of the food here he's very reasonable and you kept way more than what you pay for. The staff is very friendly it's like eating at your grandma's house.

My family and I began coming here a few weeks ago, and we really enjoy it. The food is good, I haven't eaten anything I did not like yet. Today, my mother ordered salmon, and I ate some and even that was good, and usually I don't like fish! We will continue coming back regularly.

Yankee Kitchen is like the Cheers of the Valley, minus booze. Everybody knows everybody, and you're always glad you came.
The waitstaff is charming and funny. And most requests are accommodated.
Nowhere do the waffles smell as sweet, Nowhere are the wraps so satisfying, nowhere is a breakfast platter as decadent.
Prepare for a line out the door on Sundays. Bring an appetite.

I have always enjoyed the Yankee Kitchen. Especially their breakfast! However, after our visit today my husband will not go back. He observed the cook handling raw hamburger patties and then cut a sandwich going out to a customer. Cross contamination definitely going on. Maybe the cooks need a refresher on proper food safety practices.

Liked the meatloaf special. Decent price. overall a nice meal.

I can t wait to get back home and visit my friends at Yankee Kitchen. This is a magnificent family business with good hometown people. I always get the everything omelet.

The food was great and the service was outstanding.

Never had bad food or service but the food tonight was not good. My scrambled eggs were burnt the first time , second time they weren't fully cooked. My home fries were mush. My husband's chicken was over fried. Will go back if not better will not after that. It could have been an of day.

Absolutely fantastic. Not for those with heart conditions, this place is the epitome of the country diner experience with great service and fantastic food. Imagine a Waffle House where the food is actually good and the menu has options. If you pass within 50 miles of this place it's worth the stop for any meal.

Top notch diner food with Greek flair! I had the gyro skillet, which was gyro meat on potatoes with 3 scrambled eggs, onions peppers, feta cheese, and tzatziki sauce on the side. Delicious!

They got some of the best food there and dont cost much so go eat there
