Northwest Cleaning has been cleaning the school I manage for the last year. Justin responds to emergencies quickly and the classroom is always clean. He is professional and the price is perfect for a small school like us. I highly recommend Northwest Cleaning Services.

NW Cleaning was great! Came on very short notice, did a great job, and was a terrific price! I will definately use this service in the future for carpet cleaning!

Justin provided excellent, timely and affordable service, likely extending the life of my home's old carpet as well as my area rug. He impressed me first by answering my call on a Saturday, was quick to schedule an appointment, and seemed exceptionally well versed in the appropriate treatments and techniques for cleaning different types of carpets and stains.
Though we had to reschedule my initial appointment due to equipment malfunction, he was quick to let me know and got me set up for the following day.
He was incredibly polite and professional as well as punctual and showed up exactly when expected.
His services are also incredibly affordable and well worth the cost!

Had NW Carpet Cleaning clean a 1000 square foot apartment, all carpeted. It was pretty dirty and smelled strongly of wet dog. Ugh.

Stefan used a non-toxic cleaner and left the place smelling pristine and a little like a cherry orchard. He uses the least amount of chemicals, which is definitely a plus. And he's competitively priced. He was much less expensive than anyone else I looked at and we were able to schedule the cleaning quickly. He was done in an hour, which included powerwashing the deck. All for under $100. What a great find! Thanks, Stefan!

We had an entire bottle of red NyQuil spill on our carpet. It was a bad spill and it looked hopeless. Justin advised me on the phone how to treat the spot until NW Cleaning Services could get there to try to remove it. (Don't use ANY solutions - just water...)

He told me before he started that this was a very difficult stain and that he couldn't guarantee the results, but he had some ideas of how to treat it. He knew about the chemical makeup of the stain and informed me that he would start with iron removal (who knew?) I'm very surprised that he was able to remove as much of the stain as he did. There is still a shadow, but he removed far more of the stain than I ever thought possible.

He also cleaned the rest of our carpets, and they look beautiful. I'm used to vacuuming prior to a carpet cleaning, and I didn't have to do that. He brought in a sturdy vacuum (stronger than mine), and he vacuumed completely before he ever started shampooing/cleaning the floors.

Justin was friendly, on-schedule, and knowledgeable. I'll be calling again, but hopefully it won't be for a NyQuil stain.

Justin stopped by and gave me a quote that I thought very reasonable for requested services. After windows and carpet cleaning done was very happy with his work.

Justin was SO great. My dad was moving to Bellingham from another state, in a week, but the garage in his new place smelled like pet urine. Justin was able to meet me for a consultation the very next morning, and came to clean it the day after that. I recently call Justin from Northwest Cleaning Services to get some information on having the floors at my Day Care waxed. To my delight it turned out he went to my Center as boy!
He came out to give me a bid within a few days. I scheduled his company to do the job and am completely satisfied. His prices were very reasonable and his work pristine. I am a bit of a perfectionist and was worried about the edges and corners but no need to worry he did a fantastic job! I will always contract him to do my cleaning jobs. Thank you!
