Beautiful hotel, however, the casino felt over crowded, a lot of machines were out of order, and the line for the buffet was so long.

They've reduced the days that their Buffet is open, making their patrons have to eat in what amounts to a Mall's Food Court on the days when it is closed.

The food there is ok, but nowhere near the quality of the Buffet, let alone the quantity and choice selection. I was quite disappointed.

Beautiful views nice rooms. Nice bathroom showers & the swimming. & spa was Awesome

We spent the weekend but almost left a day early. This place is so bad. We were frustrated before we even got inside the front door. There is no place to park while checking into the hotel. It was raining really hard and the walkway to the front door goes underneath a roof that had rain POURING off of it right where you have to walk. The girl at the front desk was not friendly. We requested 2 queen beds, we got a king bed for 3 of us to sleep in (thank goodness our kid is still little). Anytime there was someone in the hall, it sounded like they were in our room, which made it hard to sleep. The pool had WAY too much chlorine in it, so much that it was painful. Every place in there was understaffed - the players club, the cashier cages, the buffet, the valet, the coffee shop, everywhere except the hotel front desk which I suspect is because the hotel was not busy. As far as the gambling, we lost too much too fast. The machines wouldn't even play, just sucked up the money. Not even a little fun and the points system is terrible - almost nothing back for a weekend of losing. We will not be back.

2/19/19 UPDATE: I emailed the address provided by Legends with a copy of my reservation confirmation that was emailed to MY email address and includes MY name and contact info which they claim was not made under my name. I also asked them to remove their response as it made it seem as though we had not used the proper channels to voice our frustrations, of course we did. NOBODY CARES!! Obviously, this also shows in the fact that I did not receive a response to my email nor have they removed or edited their response to my review.

hotel is well appointed and clean. Just be aware there is no alcohol allowed or available. It is a dry hotel. The only televisions to watch sporting events is in card room. So if you're wanting to watch a game not a place to be.

We don't gamble but when we come town its nice to stay someplace like this really nice rooms wonderful staff here.

Great place to stop and relax. Buffet is exceptional, atmosphere of casino is quiet. I'm not a smoker so I don't stay long, but I always stop here when I'm in town.

Valentine's meal was too expensive we left the building!

Love this place great place to go on birthdays, they offer a free coupon for the buffet that s good for a year.

Great games, service, and mostly FOOD! Hit and miss a lot on good/bad nights. Can get busy but overall usually a great experience.

Well my experience on yakama legends casino hotel was great the workers there are pretty helpful and they treat you well. The room service is pretty good too. I would recommend this casino hotel to anyone that just wants to have a good time and relax to get some stress out.

UNBELIEVABLY BAD Experience I was Harassed by a casino employee named TERRY IRVING JR. Spoke to Human Resources, was simply looking for some attention to be shown to the situation, ALL I WANTED WAS TO HAVE THIS BROUGHT TO MANAGEMENT S ATTENTION- And could not even get my call returned.

Great hotel .service was excellent. Rooms were clean .variety of games in casino was also nice .all around good place

I read a review from "Phabian Baez" that stated one of the machines stole his $11.53 & he never got his money returned. He also stated that he asked the manager to look at the cameras because they're everywhere.
It surprised me when I looked for a "Response from the owner", which had been left after every other review & didn't see one!?
I to had a negative experience recently in whuch I was given a hot coffee without a lid on it while playing one of the machines from one of the drink servers that come around with the cart. I unexpectedly spilled that HOT coffee all over myself! I jumped up in a hurry & ran clise by to the drink area to get some napkins to clean up my mess & dry myself off.
I should mention it at a time where hardly anyone was there. When I came back to ny game, not 2 minutes later, if that.... A guy was walking away from my game that still had my $43.00 ticket in it when I jumped up in a panic. I said something to him & he turned around and ran off. I contacted security & a manager only to be yelled by the security guy & be told that I "abandoned" my ticket when I walked away.
I understand there has rules but there are also exceptions to rules in life.I asked them to review the cameras, just like the guy I mentioned above. Just like him they wouldnt do it. State gaming dtate that the Security is there to protect patrons from theft, etc. I sure cant tell.I also had my cell phone stolen & passenger side window of my car busted out & had the same rude response from the Security. I spend a great deal of money here & wish that I could be treated like they appreciate it.

Its unfortunate that the tickets can only be redeemed in their respective areas.

The wait staff was fair...not great. The food was hit and miss, for a Friday night. Diablo shrimp very tasty, a prime rib roll up with stuffing was amazing! I also had a spinach salad topped with balsamic vinegar, strawberries, gorgonzola, and walnuts...wonderful! The red mashed potatoes were a hit. I also liked the pollo en mole, but picking through the bones was no fun. Chicken parmesan was bad, dry...no guacamole offered with the mexican... a green dyed quesadilla was dried out, nasty not good, no sour cream, not a big selection either. Refill on drinks only after we were done. No coffee offered with desserts.

I don't know much I was pretty tested, I lost 50 bucks, but they have free coffee so that's a plus.

This is trash my dad booked a room and then they later called that the rooms were full and that supposedly there was an error with the computers this is the worst. now we can t even go for New Years. Just bad!

I'm like 10 miles away from legends and it's familiar and that makes it easier to win. The thing I don't like is to all the people that linger without money

A great place for my out-of-state friends could stay while they spend time being with me and my children ... Good service food and they enjoyed the gambling too

It's packed and still fun. The dealers and pit bosses are great. Very entertaining.

The Thursday night seafood buffet was a little off-putting. Are they using corn starch to make the diners feel full sooner? The clams and mussels weren't very warm. They also had a questionable looking sauce as they cooled at the table. The chilled dungeoness crab was great. Unfortunately I didn't make it to the dessert portion. Was that their intent?

Delicious buffet...especially when u get two for price of one...can't beat two meals for 13.95!! Just till the end of Aug.....better hurry in Mon. or Tues.

Fun machines! Good food! Just can't stand the cigarette smell even in the no smoke area. Other than that it's pretty great!

I enjoyed the customer service. Our was comfy. The room was clean. I like that there is no alcohol on the premises. Goid prices ar the gift store and delis. I want to go back back and that is a plus on my side. Thank you for good get away.

Here for Thankagiving Buffet with my family. It was worth every penny. The slots were even kind to is today.

Different tickets in different sections is a pain in the ass!

We ate at the buffet and they do have wide selection. But the food was like warm. Lots of different game out in the casino which was fun. Will visit the casino again.

Great casino has great slots and many to choose from has a good rewards system and has machine to get money from tickets you get from the slots to exchange for money

Smoke was overwhelming. Even in a non smoking room woke up to the smell. Food choices were horrible. Concert venue great.

Came to see the band America. Hope they are great because so far the Hotel is less than great. It's a newer hotel but has zero and I mean ZERO info in the room in regards to the available amenities. No tv channel card, no casino restaurant guide, nothing. Just a nice room but I have absolutely no idea what else is here except the casino.
Too bad, 'cause it could be a nice place if I knew what the hell else is here.
