First of all people don't know this but all supplement and/or pharmaceutical labs aren't the same. Xymogen has a st3ellar relationship in the medical community. For instance they hear about a product that is interesting and then if it passes the tests they might buy the patent. Secondly one can find a good holistic/self-healing practitioner through them. Third, I have had all kinds of good results from Xymogen's products and I am a MTHFR gene mutant with all kinds of mold exposure. I am in almost perfect health at 78 years of age.

I Purchased Oncoplex ES 3/2017. The product expires 6/2018. The product has solidified in the capsules even though it was kept in a cool dry place. They really should change the expiration date or guarantee the product. It was too expensive to just throw away. Their policy only backs products for 5 days. I asked for a possible replacement or discount on another bottle but I was told they guarantee for 5 days only. A supervisor wouldn t even speak to me. They had the receptionist go back and forth putting me on hold.

Xymogen 's conversion to Wholesdcripts is a disaster. I went to their website to input my new card info but couldn't get to the auto ship function then I called on their customer disservice phone number and was on hold for nearly 30 minutes before being answered. Then the customer service rep took my new card info and I told her that I only needed to have one of my supplements shipped and was told that only the one would ship/ be charged to my debit card. When I checked my account the next day I was charged for the one I wanted plus another one and the one I didn't need. So, I called again and waited on the customer disservice line for another 30 minute wait before finally speaking to a rep who apologized for the error and said that I would receive an email confirming that the $104 charge would be put back in my account. This refund would take 5 business days(it didn't take 1 business day to take money from my account). Needless to say, I didn't receive the promised email. The next day I did receive two emails from Xymogen saying I was invoiced for more supplements. So I called again. Now the hold time increased to nearly 50 minutes. The rep I spoke with on this day did call me back when my phone's battery went dead and she did send me an email confirming that I would be refunded for all the charges (they charged me for an additional $58 on top of the original $104). Bottomline, the Wholescripts roll out is a disaster of Titanic proportions! I'm in search of a new supplier.

Recommended by my D.O. To the morons that don't like the building, it is not a walk-in operation, it is a business that sells products through professionals only. You may as well be going after Bayer or Phizer, as they are not walk-in friendly either. Get a grip (and learn how to spell).

Company is having a steep decline. Their marketing department is a complete joke. A bunch of uneducated individuals, wasting company money, to create content a 5th grader could come up with. Word of advice...get rid of that whole department and outsource the marketing. They sell a decent product but the marketing destroys the possibility for growth. If you aren t going to get rid of the department as a whole, at least hire someone who knows what they re doing.

I have ordered supplements for over a year and have had great luck. Someone answered the phone and I recurved my order in one business day. Last week I was on hold for hours and when I finally got someone last Thursday she was short with me but said my order would be here by Monday. Well I am leaving early tomorrow so now have to ask a neighbor to watch for the order to come since it didn t arrive today as promised. If I can find these products from someone else I will not order from them again!

I have been using xymogen products for over 10 years and they are always of the highest quality. If I run out and forget to reorder, I can feel the difference immediately. It also has never taken more than one day to receive an order.

Supplements are ok, but nothing great. Owners are cowards who are only concerned with themselves. No backbone to this company. Not sure I have ever met worse people in my life. It s a shame this company is crumbling. HR is unprofessional and full of lies, she will find herself in a courtroom one day for the things done there, stay away at all cost.

Im thinking these bad reviews must be from pharmacuetical operatives that dont like the competition they are getting from natural products that are rendering them obsolete. People are tired of drugs that dont work and have horrible side effects and are rammed down our throat in every other commercial on the television set. I have had great success with all the products i have used except maybe one or two out of 30?? The shipping is a little on the slow side I will concede that but the products have fair pricing and HAVE been a great asset to my practice. I have never had a problem with any of my orders and I have placed 50 or more in the last 3 years.

Every phone number and name they gave me to call did not carry their product. Instead of trying to make things easier on me it became an unpleasant experience and I just bought another manufacturer of the product.
They really don't care about customer retention. I also have been on their product for almost a year
