I took an HP PC into this location because it was freezing with more frequency. I waited three days to hear back, paid over $120 for a diagnostic session and was told that it 'passed all stress tests' and that it ran fine for them.

Took it home, same thing happening.

I took it back, they did some more tests, and the resolution I was offered was to keep the side panel off the case and to point a fan at one of the components.

I find that a completely unsatisfactory solution to what I'm sure is a simple replacement part scenario. Apparently, this is not a business that prides itself on finding the best solutions for its customers.
