A few hundred SSL certificates placed with Xolphin, fast / good service from the support department and permanent contact person available. Good API so that we can automate the majority. Stay so busy!

Today we had an annoying employee on the phone. I asked if I could be redirected to Comodo (about a question). And then hang up in an annoying way. Very bad.

Because I wanted a wildcard certificate, and my own provider did not support that as a download, I found out after searching at Xolphin. Questions by mail are handled very smoothly. The application procedure for the certificate is also very smooth.
Eventually I had my certificate less than half an hour after filing which is very nice.
Because I made a mistake with the application myself, the certificate had to be issued again. This is also very easy and free via the site. And even after payment of the invoice, the question is answered quickly (which is sometimes different for companies ...)

All in all as a private person a very pleasant experience with this company.

Since the beginning of 2016 we have been ordering all SSL certificates as a hosting provider here. Xolphin offers fast delivery and good technical support!

Customer for 5 years and dozens of certificates further. Trick took some time to understand the website, but helpdesk was a. Available and b. really worked towards solution. Think along well and ordering is now as it should be with a relatively simple product: click, click, wait a while, ready. Hmm, I think first time I give 5 stars, but really deserve this time.

Since 2010 we are a customer at Xolphin. Over the years we have grown from 1 to 2 certificates to several 100 per year. The service is always good, knowledgeable and important for us, but also our customers: fast. Also outside office hours. In addition, the reseller tools are very useful and provide little overhead so that we can focus on our business. In short, a big recommendation!

The company expects a telephone number to be visible in the Swiss commercial register to apply for an EV SSL certificate. The telephone entry will never be published in the commercial register of the Canton of Zurich. After that, the company made the request to rename the entire chain of companies for confirmation. At 8 different locations, which are all called the same or labeled ?! For an Internet certificate only? No thanks.

For the first time made use of the possibility to install a 'own' certificate in a web hosting environment. Opted for Xolphin in the first instance because the price was attractive (less than 10 for one year).

This is really a top company. Since 2010, we have ordered certificates several times. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and easily accessible. The website itself is clear, the manuals are good and you do not get out anyway than you always get help desk staff on the line of the hat and the edge know. The prices are also fair. All in all: Super!
