If you want to buy branded and luxurious bath fixtures for your hotels, villa and farm houses then it's definitely a good place to shop in Gurugram sector 29 area. You can buy from here Shower, WC, taps, wash basin, hand shower, stand alone shower, basin mixture etc. You can find here mostly brands, like Toto, Jaquar, hansgrohe, hindware etc. Nice parking here. Good coprative staff. Delivery on time.

Their service was very slow, while RCG Roca was much more prompt

Really bad service. We bought tiles from here, 3 of them we're broken, and several had chipped edges. They refused to take them back or replace them. Highly unprofessional. They earn out of fooling people and just being a nuisance once they have the cheque.

Wide range of Premium to Luxury Bathroom sanitary and accessories on display. Nice and Courteous staff. Some items are discontinued but still on display. Delivery was quick. Standard pricing, only confusing thing is MRP and NRP.

No respect for your time. The staff would keep on lying about the availability of the products and make you wait for hours before telling you that the products are unavailable.

The product catalogue is very nice and have good collections however the professionalism is a major problem I found ,the goods purchased was not deliver on time and more over no correspondence was done with me and I was not informed that my consignment is delayed
The account department also goofed up on my bill and bill was issued in a wrong name and I have been waiting at the store for 10min and no one has attended to my query

Great store for tiles and the bathroom sanitary ware. They have complete collection of Jaquar, Toto and duravit sanitary ware on display. And large display for the tiles.

First time service was fine. Sales person said that any extra unopened tiles would be taken back, no problem.
Ordered for 2nd time as needed to extend same room tiles, and Raja sales person kept lying about availability and delivery and was rude throughout. Finally supplied.
Now says won't take back any extra tiles and he went out of his way to "help" me as they were difficult to find. What help is this when I am paying for it in advance?? How can he commit that tiles would be taken back and now saying no?
Delivery came 1 day late. Quite unprofessional.

THE WORST PLACE FOR SERVICE AND DELIVERY. ADVIND SINGH can't believe he works for a store that is so well presented with such good brands. Would suggest to deal with anyone but Arvind.

All the plumbing and supplies were bought from them and in the end there was a couple of change over required. Went to the store and requested Arvind to have the products ready for collection. He advised we close at 7 but will leave it with the guards for collection. Went there at 8 and the guards knew that the product was in store but were not advised by Arvind. Upon calling him and asking him what was going on he was very rude instead of finding me a solution.

Really disgusted as I don't live in India and going back on Wednesday and the store is closed on Tuesdays.

Horrible company to deal with respect to tiles and sanitary fixtures.

Pushed by interior designers from small timers to the big ones dont know what reasons. Got lesser pricing on going without a interior designer. The sales person eventually admitting keeping a margin for the interior designer.

Regarding the sanitary had to get competitive quotes from competition to be able to make them agree to the correct price.

On placing order they mess up the delivery due to lack of coordination between sales and delivery team and harass you till you give up. Wouldn't use them again.

Nice exhibition of all Jaquar products in this very spacious store.
However, this is just a display area. One cannot buy products from here.

I had given them advance for bathroom partition on 20jan , no work was done in next 15days and worse is they revise the quote upwards.

The entire Jaquar range is on display - Bathtubs, Jacuzzis, sanitary ware, accessories. The prices are standard although some competitors may offer slightly higher discounts. But these guys have an unmatched service.

They also have a tiles showroom in the basement. Prices are definitely high but they gave a huge variety of exclusive designs.
