Worst HR team ever seen. They just call you after reviewing your resume and once you reach over there they will scan resume again and then will send you back by saying. This is not the skills we are looking for. Highly unprofessional HR team. They just waste time of people

I have been attending the interview for about an hour. HR was very conscious person and helped me to take time where I was lacking. He asked me about my educational background, work experiences, family background, what all I have done during the lockdown period and later he asked me which movie I have watched recently and then I narrated that to him. After that he asked me about the apology letter. This was all about my interview experience over the Microsoft Meeting.

Best infrastructure, high employee satisfaction and good working environment.

Worst Interview experience with Axa. They organised walkin for data analyst profile. Out of 80 candidates they shortlisted 10 based on their written test. After waiting for 10 mins for interview with hiring managers we got to hear that "Based on further filtration criteria we have further shortlisted candidate" Only 4 for interview, 6 were out. Nothing more unprofessional than that. They don't value time and efforts of candidates.
