Edit: There is no concrete training concept for EDI enrollments, you are immediately expected to start into the work cue with no idea of what to do on your first day. There are no hand out guides or training classes for the position. Management is done in a passive aggressive fashion, and begs off training onto overworked employees and openly criticizes for not having the correct knowledge for a task that was never explained. A hostile and unfriendly environment. Working for this company was a big mistake.
