I have taken my car in about three times because the brakes make a noise periodically, they have looked at them found nothing ,lubicated this last time seemed to help but still make a noise when I am going real slow ,mostly backing up.I plan to try to get to Albuquerque or Pheonix area and get into a Cadillac dealer to see what they may find.I know it;s probably not a big deal however in my mind it should not happen at all.

I had a great experience here . I lost my vehicle keys and came to this location for replacement keys . Soon enough I was in and out in no time without any hassle or complications. I was in a hurry for work and I give 5 stars for there urgency they provided with the right information . Thanks Webb Chevy!

We called down the day before purchase and contact Debbie and she was great we conversed later via email ( my choice) and was able to get the price that we wanted they worked with us and talked with our loan department and I was able to drive down and pick it up the next day.

We purchased a 2014 Silverado Double Cab 4x4 (drives great)
We talked with Debbie, her and Bob where so nice and stayed late to help us out. We came in everything was as discussed and signed papers and it was less than 30 minutes it was great.
I rate Debbie and Bob A+++++++!

Thank you again.

I ordered a a couple parts for my vehicle one week ago. I called the parts department last week and today, and still no parts, and I already prepaid for my order by phone. I was told by the Parts Department the GM manufacturing and production service was going through a system change (two months ago). Okay, I understand that, but what I don t get is why I can t get a straight answer on my order....what s the status, when will it get here, and can I go ahead and cancel my order so I can try another auto parts store.

I was there three times with the problem. First time they just reset the code on the machine. 2nd time they told me that I needed a new gas cap which I purchased with them. The engine light came on once again. the 3rd time they finally fixed the problem. They did not refund the gas cap purchase which was not the problem. I am not very satisfied with the service or the knowledge of the technicians.

Wonderful place to get your next vehicle. Great service and friendly people and a good choice. Keith Crawford and James Larson helped me tremendously and made me feel very special. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your efforts on my behalf. Happy Holidays!

I bought my truck here almost 3 years ago to the date. The sales team was absolutely incredible! Today I was reminded why Webb is definitely the place to go! My check engine light came on Saturday night. I read the code and deleted it hoping it was a fluke but unfortunately it came back Sunday. I called and spoke with the Service Rep this morning. Luckily there were some cancellations this morning that allowed them to get it in immediately! As I'm at work figuring out what I'm going to do for transportation the rest of the week, (this is my only personal vehicle), I got a call that my truck was done! I have experience with other dealerships and I must say I am absolutely impressed with every department at Webb!

I would go to Colorado. They are nicer and more professional than the team at Webb. I was helping my sister pick out her first car. She fell in love with the Cruze. I wanted her first adult decision to be a great experience. The salesman was ok a little pushy and acted like we had no idea what goes into cars. After I talked to him that I understood the mechanics he backed off a little. When we were waiting for a credit decision the power of the internet was in my hands. I researched and found the vehicle 3,000 dollars cheaper. I made sure it was the exactly the same, which it was. I called the dealership in Albuquerque to make sure it was correct it was. We asked the salesman if there was anything else they could do to lower the price. He went to get his manager JAMES. When JAMES sat down he immediately gave us attitude. Saying who says they have a better deal because they are wrong . I said I found this vehicle the exact same new 2018 Cruze same color, same trim, and it s 3,000 cheaper. He said No there isn t. This is the best deal I can do , which in the beginning he said one number and then we got a different one. The whole time he sat with us he was very rude and abrupt. Great customer service is finding a solution for the customer. All I asked was if they would be able to match it. I m originally from Colorado every single dealership I ve been too the customer service was amazing. Especially, in Denver where I live. Hope JAMES finds a different solution on how to talk to customers who were willing to buy a car from them.

Webb Chevrolet still operates as if its out of the 90s and is what keeps the stereotype of "used car sales" around. From the moment I stepped in the door, the purchasing, the financing, and the servicing I was being sold. Annoyed sales force when I actually read the documents I was signing, Trying to be sold extended warranties that covered what existing manufacturing warranties already had in place. Being lied to about tire tread, even though I had a measuring tool on me. All this considered I still liked "the deal" I received and went through with the purchase.

But once the ink was to paper is where the service really starts to deteriorate. The vehicle required repairs negotiated during purchasing (aesthetics). During drop off the Used Cars manager was no where to be found and no one else knew about the vehicle - almost as if the appointment made didn't exist. Two days go by with 0 contact on the progress. I had to call 4-5 times to be re-routed to different people, put on hold, told "Id be called back, until I had to physically drive to the dealership and get a straight answer. While the repairs came out fine, the vehicle was filthy. Marks on the windshield, dirt all over the inside, trash on the floor and the entire roof of the vehicle was evident that it sat under a tree for 2 of those three days before they "rotated it through service" to stick it to the next customer. But hey! I got two "Free costa Vida entrees" for "my troubles" What a joke.

Avoid this dealership unless you're looking for an antique experience of "what it felt like" to shop for a car in the 90s.

Edit: And now I have to drop this to 1 star. A month later they called all the references on my Finance sheet and tried to sell them vehicles. None of these references even lived in the same state. The left a Voicemail indicating they needed to get a hold of me, and then bait and switched the call into trying to sell the person a vehicle. Pathetic.

Stay. Away.

I paid for a battery, which I was told I was going to get my refund since the insurance paid for it, but its been weeks and still not refund. And every time I call no-one knows about the refund and tell me that they will look into it and call me back. And no-one ever does.

I had to take my vehicle in to have an intermittent problem checked out, Unfortunately, they were unable to duplicate the problem, and having been a mechanic myself, I understand that everyone involved experiences frustration in this situation. However, the service writer explained to me that the computer was checked for problem codes (found none), the vehicle was visually inspected (no problems found) and extensively test driven (performed fine). I was asked to use the vehicle, and if the problem showed itself again, to come back ASAP for another inspection. I am satisfied that all that could be done was done, and have more confidence in the vehicle after being inspected. There was NO CHARGE for the service, although considerable time was spent, and that demonstrates true customer care and understanding. I have always been treated well at Webb, and recommend them highly.

Benjamin C. Is amazing! He helped right when we walked into Webb! And I definitely will purchase another vehicle from here..The only problem I had is the front desk girls they were not friendly AT ALL&didnt ask customers if they needed help.i think Webb needs to hire a Native American (Navajo) to help in the front bc most of the customers that were going in Webb for information were over 50 years old,Native American& couldn't speak English& the front desk girls were no help AT ALL they kinda jus stared at ppl and whispered among themselves..

Set an appointment on Monday for diagnostic Service and was giving a time at 9:30 am today and it showed no appointment scheduled. Very unhappy since I work out of town and I really needed this service to be done. I wasn't gonna rate but I have to give the lowest rating to post.

Such a shame, I have purchased over 10 vehicles from Webb, and will never go back after hearing how they have treated my friend Dillon with his 2019 Silverado. It had a warranty issue, they would not pay for his tow fee, and would not give him a loaner to use for the 5 days while the warranty work was being done. Just because it has Chevrolet on it doesn t mean they will take care of you if you didn t buy it there. Never again, and not the way you get more customers, or keep the ones you have had for years.

I chose webb because it's near my work, but the 3 times I have gone, they give me a tiny window of when they are willing to let me bring in my car, they will not work with you! Last time i went,I was scheduled on a very important day at work so I dropped off the car in the morning and called to let them know once they were open. I was told that they would not touch my car because i wasn't there to sign, when i finally had a chance to go sign I was told that I would not get a rental because I had missed my appointment. They ended getting me a rental, but as soon as my car was done, they called and left messages in a very rude way telling me that I had to take their car beck before my shift even ended at work, or they would charge me.I will never go back to webb! I will not recommend webb to anyone! Hi-country is the way to go, even though it's out of my way, they actually value their customers!

The service department was great. My only complaint is that when I brought up the fact that my truck only had 35K miles on it and I wasn't too happy that I had to replace oil lines and shocks on it and asked them if there was any recourse available to contact Chevrolet and get some relief they basically blew me off. I understand that the truck is 5 years old, but since I bought the truck knowing it wouldn't get many miles and I was going to use it as my retirement driver I am pretty disappointed that they didn't even try. The only other response I got from the dealership was a salesman wanting to give me back the $227 that I had spent previously (before this $1400 expense) and get me into a new truck. Told him also that I was not that impressed with my truck and his only response was to say that he was going to give me the $7000 rebate if I bought a new truck. I have been a GM man my whole life but I am considering another brand because of this experience.

Got my oil change done, sticker in the window was very sloppy, could barely read the mileage, greasy hand prints all over my car and wheels, seat was pushed all the way back. I would not recommend getting an oil change done here.

Their service is on point! I trust them to take great care of my vehicle. I recommend them to everyone, even if your car is not a chevy. They greet you with friendliness, have a nice waiting room, and explain everything that was serviced. They will call before doing more work that is needed. I always take my car here.

So my Chevy Colorado was hit in a parking lot and since it was hit a "Service Stabilitrack" and "Reduced Power Mode" pops up on my dashboard. I told Webb and they ran a diagnostic on it, but found nothing. I just picked it up after they said it had been "fixed" and it did the same thing not 15 minutes after having it. I'm sure Chevrolet is aware of the malfunction, but I guess it's going to take an accident to make them do something about it. Among other instances where I needed service from Webb they are simply disappointing. Be careful when dealing with them. Poor customer service skills.

Sales person was extremely helpful and took great care of me. The only issue that I have is that when I asked a question about an additional fee "Dealer Installed Accessories" of $1,927.00. Twice when I asked for more information on what it entailed and got no response. I don't believe that this service (Paint and interior protection, key replacement, etch security, clear bra) is worth the costs. No other dealerships of the several i spoke with had such a ridiculous charge.

Went in with an interest in trading in current vehicle. They asked for all our info and promised a call back regarding when to do paperwork. Never received a call back even to tell us we werent approved, they instead ran our credit mutliple times. I should have known better to stick with Hi Country.

They were very helpful when I needed to order a new key for my ride. They also wanted to make sure I am the actual owner. So I showed proof with my registration and insurance and driver's license. That was great they wanted to make sure.

I'll give em 2 only cuz while the car was under warranty they did the oil changes, but if u didn't buy the car through them better just stay away. They serviced my ride one final time wen the warranty expired and once I hit the highway 20 miles later every light starts popping up. Called Dan who wouldn't hear of it unless I busted out my wallet. Brought it to Galles explained the mysterious coincidence and they're fixing it. That's why I purchased the car here, I get treated like a person. Take your business to Marlen and Tony. Won't play games at Webb again, thought I liked the place until I caught on.
