Almost walked out after the initial offer on my trade in but I'm glad I didn't. Philips Chevy will work very hard to get you into a vehicle that you want and in your budget. Great experience from sales to finance, would recommend to check them out first.

Steve and the crew went above and beyond to make my out of state purchase easy! The price was right and the service was perfect!

Steve Sorensen and Mike Maharas were great. I wanted to order a New 2021 Corvette Convertible. So, I went into Phillips Chevrolet and the two of them couldn't have been any nicer. They walked me thru the process and got it ordered. I knew that because of the type of car it would take a while to get and they kept me informed the whole time until it finally came in. I heard nightmares about other people ordering from other dealerships, of it taking over a year and a half to receive their corvette. This dealership was awesome and I received my new car when they said I would. Great place to do business.

I went here to value my current vehicle and from working with Marvin, in the internet department to Kyle in sales it was all very smooth and easy. No pressure environment, everyone I talked to was very helpful and friendly. They also had a nice big service department and plenty of parking space. I still haven't purchased from them but so far its definitely a no pressure dealer which is rare to find. No one was by the door immediately asking if I had a trade in, no keeping your keys. Worth a try if you're thinking of visiting. Clean place too!

I decided to take my Chevrolet 2012 Equinox 1LT in for inspection regarding the driver-side window. It seemed absent lubrication was to blame for insufficient pulse, rather impossible winding of said window. This, along with a procedure promoted by a dated bulletin was performed by the Phillips Chevrolet staff. I have to admit that the upgrade to the "oil-life" monitor was unnecessary due to the fact I already believe this to be an already accelerated process when in regards to the yearly 'oil-change' insisted by the service center. I will remain with my scheduled 'oil-change', as per last year, something nearing December.

I had a great experience with buying my 2016 Chevy Colorado. A product specialist was Nicholas Aldridge. No sales pressure answered all my questions if not he got the answers. If somebody is looking for a vehicle ask for Nicholas. Met with Richard the financial and got me what I needed to close the deal Finance to finish the paperwork I believe was Bob or Robert everything went smoothly.

Had a good experience at Phillips Chevrolet, Oscar was great, it was good until I did my review, then minutes later what should have been a quick transaction turned into a fued of not trying to give me the car I leased, from where's your confirmation that you paid for your lease, too assuming I didn't have full coverage insurance (which I did). I had to call my insurance company and have my policy emailed, because who ever job it was to call and check my policy failed to do their job. Honestly I hope they get terminated for humilating me, because of their discrimination or laziness (both are a factor to be questioned).

I bought a 2014 Chevy Camaro. This is the second new vehicle that I bought from Phillips and I love the car that I just purchased. Steven Bruno and Brian Kramer where the sales associate that I dealt with and I cannot say enough good stuff about both of these gentlemen they made this purchase enjoyable and easy. I can say that this was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. The sales manager Mark Catuara that I talked to was great and very helpful and financing explained everything. I will be a lifelong customer of this dealership thank you Phillips Chevy for a great experience.
